Pancakes "Beer"

Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs.
Sour cream 1 st. l.
Light beer 500g.
Wheat flour 300g.
Vegetable oil 2st. l.
Sugar 2h l.
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Beat the whites. Postpone.

  • Grind the yolks with sour cream, add butter, salt, sugar, 250g. beer, beat.

  • Then add flour and stir to avoid lumps.

  • Then add the rest of the beer and whipped egg whites. Mix again.

  • Bake on both sides.

  • Grease each pancake with butter, sprinkle with sugar and fold.
