Jelly Dumle

Ingredients

milk 0,5l
caramel 150gr
chocolate 40gr
gelatin 20 g

Cooking method

  • In heated milk, without boiling, dissolve any caramel - it can be toffee or candy like Alpenliebe, or "Lady", or just melted sugar. I usually use a collection of off-the-shelf chocolates

  • Gelatin, as usual, is soaked until it swells, heated without boiling until dissolved and introduced into the caramel-milk mass. Pour part of the mass and mix with melted chocolate. Pour into molds and cool in the refrigerator in layers.Jelly Dumle

A magical dessert!
Instead of milk, I have 10% cream diluted with water 1: 2. Candy korovka, babaevsky bitter chocolate.
The light part turned out to be soft caramel, the dark part turned out to be rich chocolate. Both are good separately, but together they provide a very interesting contrast.
