Girja
Folks, I have a problem with the dough hook - it doesn't take flour from the bottom of the bowl. Thus, it turns out that the distance from the hook to the bottom of the bowl is large. But on the one hand, this hook cannot be tightened (judging by the instructions), and on the other hand, that is, the nut.

Sails
I twisted the hook as I needed.
Musenovna
Girja, I would not twist. I don’t really understand how he takes from the bottom, flour for the dough stretches during the kneading process. What dough ?! It is also possible that the speed is not correctly selected

Sails, did you twist because you had the same problem? And to what distance between the hook and the bottom of the bowl did you twist?

I do on the new Kenwood (094) everything the same as on the first one - KMS 010, with a cat. there was no such problem.
Olga VB
Girja, Ira, are you just stirring flour or is it with some kind of liquid?
What test are we talking about?
If about yeast, then the hook, after a couple of minutes of kneading, will surely pick up all the flour and other components and will mix everything. Once the flour is sufficiently moistened, it will reach for the hook itself.
If the dough is rather liquid, then it is better to knead it with the K-attachment.
If the dough is very steep, like dumplings, then it is better to knead it with knives, that is, in a blender or in a food processor (depending on the amount).
And the distance between the hook and the bottom of the bowl should be larger compared to other mixers. That is, I personally did not tweak it, as the developer recommends (not in vain!), And I had no problems with kneading.
Good luck!

I also knead such a dough with a hook, only I let it stand for a little (I take a break for 5 minutes) and it collects all the flour perfectly.

LisaNeAlisa, Anita, tell me in more detail how you are doing. And then it seems to me that I am doing something wrong.
I hooked the dumplings twice with a hook. But something happened very quickly .. is this normal?
I just kneaded the dough for me HP before

I throw all the ingredients into the bowl, knead at minimum speed for several minutes, then stop for 5 minutes, then stir. It seems like gluten has to form for everything to interfere.

Girls and somewhere there is a collection of information on models, what to take, what are the pros and cons?
I don't know which one to choose.
I need only 3 standard attachments for the test (I do not plan to use any other attachments - I have clearly 100% decided it), a family of 2 (we are planning an addition), for me, not for professional use. I want to make various types of dough so that I don't have to knead it with my hands. I'm trying to understand what will be the difference between expensive models for 60+ thousand rubles and models for 35 thousand rubles.
I am also considering Anksarum, KitchenAid, Bork, Bosh MUM XL. But I'm still leaning towards the Kenwoods, but I don't know at all which model to choose. I want a not very noisy, reliable one (so that it is inherited by children), so that I can cope with both small and large volumes of test.I plan to make mainly bread, biscuits, dumplings / pizza / pasta, whipping whites / cream, etc.
Candy
Artlen, you probably need to choose one of these Kenwood Chef Sense, Kenwood Chef Premier, Kenwood Major Premier, Kenwood Kmix KMX50. I really liked Bork E800, and later I saw a test drive on it on YouTube and was shocked, I did not expect this at all called a test drive for stationary mixers

Artlen, You will not find comprehensive tests here, since no one on the forum has experience using all KM models. Such comparative characteristics can only be provided by a manufacturer, seller or specialized forum.
Take a look here comparison by some characteristics.

The concept of "noisy" is different for everyone. I think Kenwood is not very noisy, but when something is whipping at high speed, talking next to him is problematic. However, I have not yet met silent CMs.
If it is necessary that "by inheritance", then, perhaps, the CM with all-metal housings is more durable. Not only Kenwood has such, but also many other firms.
Available and practical ones - Bomann / Klatronic, ProfiCook, etc.

I need only 3 standard nozzles for the test (I do not plan to use any other nozzles - I clearly decided 100%)
A lot of people here started with this 100%, but no one resisted them, because, for some reason * JOKINGLY * then suddenly you want to roll out the dough, and make jam-jams, and chop vegetables, and whip cocktails, and grind meat and fish, and .... Especially if then also "by inheritance".
KM Kenwood allows you to buy additional nozzles gradually, as your 100% melts.
Good luck!
LisaNeAlisa
Yes Yes! I, too, in December, when I bought my cache, thought that I would need it only as a dough mixer ... And now I am growing with nozzles like moss)))) Although, I'm still a kitchen maniac)))
Artlen
Olga VBI just have a separate blender and chopper! and for the pasta I will take a separate Italian dough rolling machine ... so I'm also a maniac, just after reading all the reviews on the attachments, I realized that they are not worth it for any CM ... they take up a lot of space, and perform their functions worse than separately devices intended for this, and they are often more expensive than if you take a separate device. In short, I haven't found a single pros yet to take more attachments ..

I have an Italian dough sheeter, before Kenwood appeared, so I didn't buy them. Over time, I bought other attachments, and those that were before (such as duplicating ones) - I took everything to the dacha (meat grinder, blender, etc.)
Artlen
julia_bb, and I read in all branches that a separate meat grinder is definitely better - more powerful many times! twists everything faster and does not stray veins

LisaNeAlisa, example in the studio! I'm waiting for my myths to be debunked)
Well, the first thing I bought was a multi-mill, which was scolded here. As a result, since January, she has been grinding spices (including 1 vanilla pod or 5-6 peppercorns), lemon with film crusts into an ideal homogeneous puree, cinnamon sticks (hard, like a piper), made sauces based on homemade mayonnaise, cut greens, onions (and in mashed potatoes and in pieces, though uneven) ... I don't remember everything.
The only thing is that the product must either be dry and crumble, or liquid enough to fall back under its own weight. I had no problems meeting these conditions.
Analogs that I have:
1. Moulinex mill (2 cups: coffee type and with knives). The volume is small, that is, you can grind the spices, but not much. With greens and other things, it didn't work out very well. The tomato quarter has run out, the greens on the sides are smeared. And the trick is like with a kesha mill like now I'm pitching vanilla, then I'll throw lemon and applesauce in there, obviously it wouldn't work. And coffee, too, is more convenient to grind caches: faster and more.
2. Blender. Well, here, clear pepper, you can't grind spices, the scribe will come to the knives. Grass is possible, but only with the addition of liquid or sauce. Onions and garlic are smeared around the edges. Of course, you can use your foot from the blender, but my mother had already ditched the Borkovsky blender 7-8 years ago: the parsley stalk caught on the knife, the blender wound up and burned out, having worked for less than a week. Naturally, the case is not guaranteed.
In the presence of both devices, you can get out (which I did before): cut thinner here, scroll there in small batches several times. Bottom line: a lot of dirty dishes, everything needs to be poured and shifted.
The total cost of my devices will now amount to about 6 thousand rubles, the Keshin mill costs 4990 rubles. I have her here in a flea market for 3 tons. bought plus 350 rubles. delivery. As they say, think for yourself.
LisaNeAlisa
The cube appeared second.
Well, what can I say ... I'm really looking forward to the harvesting season.
1. Looked at several reviews of devices that can cut into cubes: in terms of power, keshin clearly wins. Full cost 8990 rubles. It can be found on Avito for 6 tons.
Of course, most of them also have some graters, but here, too, the power decides everything ... There seems to be a calculation only for boiled vegetables, and this one miraculously shreds raw ones. Although, I could be wrong.
By far, the cube is the least functional of all attachments. Even at the ice cream maker, the girls got the hang of stirring the dough in the bowl in their free time from freezing.
LisaNeAlisa
And my third device, the youngest: a grater-slicer. It stands, of course, like a wing from an airplane, but it broke off as a gift for me)))) They took pity on me, sitting and chopping cabbage with a vegetable peeler ...
To say that I am delighted with her, not to say anything. Shredders are just super! Onions and rings and half rings, cabbage just in time, you don't have time to cut off the pieces. Carrots, even in slices, even in straws, even in a grater.
Of the analogues, I have a grater in a meat grinder, but there it is not at all the same. And friends have a food processor. But on it, for a head of cabbage, you would have to empty the bowl 6 times for sure.
And, I cut the apple into strips in a salad perfectly. I wish I could have carrots, make a full-fledged cole-slow))))

Now I want a sieve (I've already rubbed their ears for everyone here). I have not seen its analogues in combines, only manual ones ...

julia_bb
Artlen, it so happened to me that I had to buy some equipment for the dacha, so I bought additional attachments)) At the dacha there is more space than at home, and the attachments take up less space than free-standing devices. Apart from Kesha, of course, who constantly stands on the tabletop)
And so - maybe she wouldn't take anything

I also have a separate meat grinder, but I might not have bought a blender (if I mean the one that Kenwood has in almost all configurations) separately. Although, it's not summer yet))) But detached ... he again needs a place.
On Shrovetide I'll give him a full test drive of pancakes)))

+100500. That's what I wanted to write. I have 2 large boxes of attachments, I can imagine if it was all like a free-standing technique. No countertop would be enough.

I, personally, am very pleased with the meat grinder. There was Moulinex before, Keshina was better.
Olga VB
ArtlenIn addition to the examples that the girls gave: Here, many wrote that, for example, a keshina dough roll is much more convenient and quieter than a separate Markat and others.
The meat grinder-attachment is quite comparable to a similar freestanding keshina. Personally, my 955 grinds everything perfectly.
Well, etc.
If you flipped through the topic at least a little, you would have seen all these opinions about the Kenwood CM attachments and individual devices yourself.
Of course, in any case, it's up to you, but you choose an expensive technique for yourself. It would be nice to read at least half of the topic, and not a couple of answers to your question. Perhaps then it will be easier for you to choose.
As for the blender, it comes with all high-end machines.

Girls, Kenwood 080 Solo Build-in for 60,000 is on sale. Maybe who needs it?
kseniya D
Olga, thanks for the information. A friend has already ordered, let's see if there really is or some kind of enticement for that kind of money. True, apart from the whisk, nothing is specified in the kit, not even the steam basket. I told her that she would clarify if they call her back.
Rituslya
I also went to see. For me alone, they raised the price.
Already 76 990
Belka13
Rituslya, you're looking at your second Kesha again, right?

kseniya D, I bought the 094 model from them almost a year ago for almost that money. Everything was fine - both delivery to our city, and payment was quickly received, although through the bank. I overpaid, it is true, a lot, but there was no more choice. And the 080 model, if I'm not mistaken, is this also a complete set? Or the same as 084?

eh ... If I had money, I would buy several Kesh at once: one cooks porridge, the other kneads the dough, the third boils macaroons.
Lyapota!
And so far I'm only interested.
And so I like to watch videos about Kesha and read articles ...
Anyway! Curiosity is at my best!

In general, 080 was with a blender for sure and either with a meat grinder, or with a combine. 084 was naked.
Belka13
Ksenia, let's hope that at least my friend managed to order at the old price
kseniya D
In short, she called back. First they called and said that everything was ok, she asked about the complete set. They said they will clarify. They called back and said that they could not sell the re-grading in this form. She asked to clarify what exactly is in stock. As a result, it turned out that they were out of stock. Here's how to fool your head like that. Is it already possible to eat for 77,000?
Belka13
Ksenia, what a grudge, right? I also ordered for 60, when they were everywhere for 76. Let him swear.
kseniya D
Why swear if they say they are out of stock. It's a pity, of course.
Belka13
As for the price, I mean.
kseniya D
I understood that for 77 she did not order.
Olga, and what was your equipment? I just think for 77,000 now, taking into account the normal configuration, is it an adequate price? Or wait, maybe it will get cheaper?
Twig
On Gorbushka for 90 they sell induction Kesha and give a set of dough rollers and two noodle cutters as a gift.
Belka13
Ksenia, I had 094 - naked model. But since I also have Ken 023 in my stash with a bunch of attachments and all the other attachments that I bought for a long time and cheaply, everything suited me. I think that 80s models are generally remnants. I think there are few of them in stores. Therefore, they are unlikely to be cheaper. Who knows?
Angel with horns
Girls, urgent help!
Which nozzles in the induction cache need to be adjusted and which should not? I remember that one is not allowed, but I forgot which one, but I managed to unexpectedly catch my husband free. Don't let the possibilities go to waste!

And suddenly, whoever has at hand a recipe for custard dough (how to make it in Keshka), I will also be very grateful!

Irina, the hook must not be touched.
