But a few years ago, my husband bought a house in the village, put his mother there, and from that time on, the joyful mother-in-law (“What pumpkins are growing in my garden !!!”) regularly delivers pumpkins to our house. Until now, I have successfully used it in baking. Now the daughter cooks soups and mashed potatoes for her one-year-old granddaughter. But then I came across a recipe from Julia Vysotskaya, and I wanted to try it!
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • 1, Peel the garlic, crush with salt, pepper, coriander, cilantro, parsley, add olive oil and lemon juice.
  • 2. Cut the pumpkin into large pieces and rub with the resulting mixture.
  • 3. Make a foil pocket. Put pumpkin in it and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
