Ingredients

Thawed spinach 10 pcs = 120ml
Egg 1 PC.
(spinach + egg + water = 250ml.)
Margarine 50 g
Bread flour 3 tbsp.
Dry. yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Chees Feta 240 g

Cooking method

  • • Defrost the spinach.
  • • Melt the margarine.
  • • Place the spinach in a measuring cup, break a small egg into the same glass and add water to 250 ml. Pour everything into a cotton bucket.
  • • Pour in melted margarine, sugar, salt, flour, yeast.
  • • Roll out the finished dough in a circle and sprinkle with the feta cheese, cut into cubes.
  • • Pull to the middle of the edge of the dough, close like a pie, turn the bread over and place in a greased baking dish or baking sheet.
  • • Pierce the bread with a sharp skewer and gently morning with your hands
  • • Cover the bread with plastic wrap and leave to rise for 20-30 minutes.
  • • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 50 minutes.

Made with fresh yeast (15 grams) and without water. Only spinach and an egg.
If only I hadn't been showing off ...
I rolled out the finished dough, put the feta plates on top, rolled it into a roll and put it back into the bread maker. Gave it to distance and baked in the same place, in HP.
I will take a photo of what came of it straight to the Curved Handles.
I think my mistakes are as follows:
1. The cheese was damp, it was necessary to dry it.
2. For baking with a roll, it was better, in my opinion, not to cut the cheese, but to grate it.
3. Or, for baking in "basic" mode, simply cut into small cubes, bathe in flour and add on signal.
I will definitely bake more, because the bread is unusually tasty and I really want to make it completely in a bread machine. Next time I will bake in "basic" mode.
