Flour 450 + 50 gr
Instant Oatmeal 5 table. spoons
Gluten (Panifarin) 1 table. the spoon
Poppy dry (on signal or in a dispenser) 2 table. spoons

Cooking method

  • Dough mode. 1 hour 50 minutes 22 minutes heating, kneading, 1 hour rise.
  • For the first time, please follow the kolobok. It took me exactly 500 grams of flour, but this flour of mine is of a completely different quality. It is better to add 450 grams at once, and then bring the dough to the state of a "decent kolobok".
  • Knead the finished dough (a couple of minutes in kneading mode) and leave in a bucket to come up again. Wrinkle again and cut into loaves, rolls or bagels. Distance finished products, sprinkle with water and put in the oven. Bake at T 180 deg. until golden brown.
  • The dough is not sweet. Those who want to get sweet pastries can add 2-3 tables. tablespoons of sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar.
  • Well, very tasty! The poppy catches the teeth so nicely!
  • When making bagels, I didn't add poppy seeds to the dough. She rolled ovals, greased with very lightly melted butter and sprinkled
  • dry poppy seeds.
  • It tastes much better with poppy seeds added directly to the dough.
  • The dough is very pleasant to work with.
  • A relatively large number of flakes gives the products a special softness and fine porosity.

  • P.S. Instead of poppy seeds, you can use fried (!) Sesame seeds. Then you get not "poppy seeds", but "sesame seeds".

Most likely, this is not about gluten, but about flour - it is different here. Just add a little next time and your loaves won't blur. I have been baking gluten-free for a long time (I ended up, I didn't buy any more) and there is no difference.
