The usual biscuit turned out well - airy. I didn't hold chocolate on boiling water, next time I'll put first "baking", and then "baking".

Mona, he's here on the forum PYNJYPHAPH... For multi - I'll write later.

Hurrah! There was a topic about 50 !!!!!
We have such an Italian in our family.
The instruction is understandable only to those who used such things.
The blue light is, in general, from the series, the obvious wrong.
Well, there is no such thing in principle.
Recipes are also not from her
so.
Found a recipe for cottage cheese casserole on a multicooker ru.
They didn't wipe the cottage cheese, and in vain.
It turned out with grains.
They did as it is written in "baking"
The top of the bullock is practically white.
Put on "bake" for 15 minutes
Bottom blushed - no top.
Next time we will try with cottage cheese (there is such a bag for cottage cheese dishes in stock)
We sit in the front row, waiting for recipes.
The wife found a place for an Italian woman.
She will live on the microwave. Sits high and she can see everything.
We are waiting for recipes and stories.
By the way, I did not quite understand.
The pressure cooker should do everything faster.
In the "baking" mode -50 minutes. During the same time, I baked in the airfryer.
The casserole was tall and lush. True, he added more than 2 tablespoons of milk and semolina.
So far from the first days - impressions.
It is done very well.
Does not smell like plastic. Opens and closes without problems.
We bought a trimmer. But I also want drushlags like 47 or Panasonic.
Who knows where to get this, we will be very grateful.
a spoon and a mitten from 50-put in the dishes-let them lie
We use silicone.
We are looking for silicone mittens. If we find it, we'll tell you where.
If anyone finds it earlier (in St. Petersburg), we will be happy with addresses and passwords.

COOLER ,
based on my humble experience of using this saucepan and reading other posts - I realized that there is no need to wait for a golden brown crust - the main thing is that it is baked. Most often, the baking program is not enough, you have to manually add the time. A pressure cooker does not mean a quick bake. Fast boiling and stewing occurs due to the pressure in the saucepan. Baking takes place with the valve open - I think they have not yet figured out how to speed up this process.

A little about our achievements
1 made potatoes with meat - chicken mode (although the potatoes were boiled)
Everything worked out great. The only thing I did not take into account that the meat was salty and salted
2) Since there was a lot of excessively salted broth, I added buckwheat there and put it on rice
The result is a delicious buckwheat porridge
3) I baked a cake from the ready-made mixture - baking on a regular basis -50 minutes (in pressure cooker mode) Everything is baked. The bottom is ruddy - the top is light
I am planning the next cupcake (their wife in the heat of the moment bought a few different ones - Eh !!!! recipes from the forum are much better. But now I have to use these too!)
bake on the baking mode.
Who has such ovens - write what is this mode designed for?
So far, all that has been done. including the first casserole, made with a valve, that is, in pressure cooker mode.
Additional time was set only for the casserole, and then because the crust was white white (well, to be precise, creamy)
But most likely it was necessary to just leave it on heating for a while, that's all!

Why do you have a blue-blue saucepan ??
By the way, the bottom of the saucepan is slightly rubbed outside

What mode? Baking?
Is the saucepan blue and blue? - this is a reflection of my eyes!
I made cottage cheese casserole and a cupcake on "BAKERY" in pressure cooker mode (with a valve, beak in the center)
I want to try the next cupcake in the "BAKING" mode
I would like to rise more and be more "tanned" on top.
MariV
On the baking mode, I made meat - a neck. It was half-thawed, 1 kg, threw it into a saucepan, a little oil on the bottom, vegetables on top - on the "baking" mode, the valve is closed, then turned it over - and again on the "chicken mode, also with a closed valve. The taste is enchanting!"

Good evening! I also use such a pressure cooker. But I have questions for COOLER:

"We bought a trimmer." - what's this?

"But I also want drushlags like 47 or Panasonic" - since I have 47 and a Panasonic, but I use a Tefal double boiler, I can give this drushlag from 47.

I use this model only as a pressure cooker.
ELa_ru

There is a mini-instruction with simple recipes from
SCKODA. I can't insert a link from the multicooker, when sending a message, it is converted into a link for a bread machine (although everything was inserted before), so I write how to get there:

spouse's phone threw you in a personal. She will be in town today and can stop by and buy this thing from you. I really want poached eggs !!!!
I will be grateful for a short educational program in a personal as this miracle to do. I bought silicone muffins and plastic ones.
The trimmer is probably more for grilling.
I tried to put it in a slow cooker - it turns out not for steam, but in water.
Question
Can I put a silicone cake pan in a multicooker?
Will it melt?
I would like some kind of muffin recipe for a multicooker, so that it turns out lush.
And how to do it in multicooker or pressure cooker mode
Completely confused with this.
Is there a difference in use with a valve (pressure cooker) or without a valve (multicooker)?
MariV
Of course there is a huge one. Conduct the experiment - take a large polyethylene bag with ties, climb into it, ask your wife to tie the bag on top and breathe properly - catch the time - you will instantly start. And now the same thing, but do not tie the bag - you will sweat, but much more slowly! Because the air will come out!
Lush Cupcake - Shula's Mead, recipe on the previous page.
You can use the "chocolate on boiling water" recipe, but look for a lot of recipes here - for a multicooker, bake in baking mode, after finishing with a dry match, check readiness - if wet, add time - another 20 minutes for baking, the valve is open.
Baking should be done with the valve open, that is, turned either to the left or to the right.

Could baking in pressure cooker mode affect the "rise" of the cake?
About chocolate on boiling water, I constantly read this name but have not yet found the recipe itself
I don't really like honey cakes
Here is something like a butter cake from Elena Bo - we love this very much !!!!!

It could and did! I haven't baked yeast dough in my saucepan yet. Biscuits - no comparison!
Thank you! Let's take into account.
My wife cooked cabbage soup today in the pressure cooker soup mode.
very tasty, but the potatoes are very boiled
It looks like the soup also needs to be done in the multicooker mode
When we make a cupcake on a slow cooker, I will definitely report what happened.
If you understand correctly, biscuits are the same on the pressure cooker and on the multi?
MariV
Didn't bake in pressure cooker mode. I do not know. In the instructions, albeit bad, but on page 8 in table. 1 bottom two lines - baking and crackers (this, as I understand it, baking) - without pressure, which means in multi mode.
Yesterday I baked a cake in mine Cow-cowMulticooker-pressure cooker La Cucina Italiana YBD50-90 , according to its own simplified recipe.
There is a complete recipe on the forum BURENKA COW.

What a beautiful "Cow-cow" !!!!!!
Surely as tasty as beautiful.
Yesterday we had "hedgehogs" in an Italian.
Made on the "SUP" mode
Delicious and excellent.
Question.
Rice milk porridge is planned (I would like to smudge "
And rice with "Mexican vegetable mix" (there are beans)
I would be very grateful for the approximate proportions and advice on the regime (indicating multi or pressure cooker)
You can of course go to the multicooker ru.
But it's somehow more comfortable here
(excluding one topic)
MariV
Oh, you know, everything - by typing! This is more interesting! Well, Panasonic is like a domesticated animal. Everything is painted, described - and here - like a monkey with a grenade!
Her, this cartoon pressure cooker, you can also program! I tried it yesterday, but, as they say, "I played it out in my folk theater"! I set fire to the pie from below - you can see it in the photo! I put baking in the mode with an open valve for as much as an hour, and even added 10 minutes - I was staring at Anna Pavlova on TV. It didn't really affect the taste, it was already eaten.
MariV
Given the failure of the day before yesterday. baked another shortbread cake yesterday

Baking mode 50 minutes, then 20 minutes in heating mode with the valve turned.

Steamed turnip - a classic - in a Russian stove, in a cast iron. I have neither one nor the other at home. But there is almost a favorite saucepan! And it worked out in it.
Zvezda askony
Made "lazy meat"
Given
Lots of onions, carrots, optional spices, beef stew,
1) Cut onions into rings
2) finely chop the carrots
3) 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil on the bottom
4) lay a layer of onions (thicker)
layer of meat, layer of carrots, season with salt, add spices, then repeat another layer
5) baking mode
Tasty !!!!!!!!!!!
Even when cold is delicious!
And you can "steamed turnip" - step by step and paint + all the components

Although I secretly sigh for Cook. But this is from device addiction rather

I took it until 1990, I am very pleased with this device, even my husband said that it was a very useful acquisition. Mom and friends have these pots-pressure cookers, everyone is happy. But they are no longer on sale, Land Life and ARS are very similar, look at them, there you can pick up from 4 to 6 liters in terms of displacement, in my opinion I'm not mistaken. Well, I myself dream of Panasonic, which is 1 liter, but this, as Zvezda Askony said: "Already from device addiction rather", but I STILL WANT IT! The only problem is that it is not for sale here!

Elena, as I understand it, you are from Chelyabinsk. I don't dwell here either. where did you buy it? will these multi be on sale yet? I really liked her. Nobody supports me in buying multi, so I decided that I needed to take it cheaper. will these multi be on sale yet? I really liked her. Romashka13, yes, I'm from Chelyabinsk, I bought a pressure cooker back in December in Krasnodar (in an online store), now they say they are no longer sold, so I suggested paying attention to Land Life or ARS. Look in online stores, it's cheaper there. And do not pay attention to the fact that no one supports, after all, it is you who will save time and effort to cook for you, nothing, what am I on "you"? I have them all in use. The pressure cooker cooks under pressure, quickly. You can also look at the Viscount 600 multicooker, but it is only a multicooker, now the price for it in our online stores is about 1900 rubles, start with it (it is very similar in function to Panasonic), and then you will also buy a pressure cooker. Where do you live next door?
Chamomile 13
Lena, I live in Kartaly. soon we will go to my mother, she lives 50 km from Chelyabinsk, so she wanted to buy there at the same time. but I wanted to immediately from the pressure cookers. We still have no acquaintances of this kind, no place to see how it works, how it cooks. I'm in doubt ... so many models, my head is spinning.
svetik8787
but in our many reviews the valve breaks off the ARS ... scary

Romashka13, then order Land Life through the online store. It will be 2 in 1 and the reviews about this pressure cooker are very good and there are immediately spare pots for them and the choice in displacement is also from 4 to 6 liters. My half also did not understand why I needed a multicooker and a dishwasher, etc., but I was left alone at home, and I went on vacation with the children, immediately appreciated the delivery of online stores by mail and a transport company right to the apartment. All my relatives and friends have already been equipped with this technique, and no one has yet told me that they have wasted their money.

Then ARS is not needed yet, otherwise Svetik8787 will send something

There is no steam basket in the REDMOND 4504 multicooker pressure cooker.
You can steam cook by using, for example, the steamer basket from the Viscount 600
You cannot give direct links, so go to, there is a discussion of functions, and recipes for it, go in, read ..
In short, programs (with pressure) - "Rice" (default 6 min.), "Meat" -20 min.,
"Vegetables" -5 min., "Soup" -5 min., "Stew" -20 min. The time can be changed on any program from 5 to 120 minutes. Delayed start is available for all programs up to 9 hours.
On the "Soup" program (without pressure, that is, it works like a simple slow cooker) we make pastries, I cooked biscuits, curd casseroles. Baking, like all multicooker, is whitish up, I just turn it over and that's it ..
Nothing burns, he cooks wonderful porridge ... I am very pleased!
Zvezda askony
A question about milk porridge.
Specifically for rice.
Varial in two versions with and without delay.
With the valve closed, of course (since I did not notice much difference between closing and opening it when baking)
The porridge is tasty, but .... the milk becomes grains (looks like "curdled").
At the same time, the milk does not turn sour. The taste is absolutely normal.
But from the point of view of aesthetics, it is not very beautiful.
What am I doing wrong???
Zvezda askony
Quote: marusя

Anechka, I think that milk "curls up" in this way precisely when cooking under pressure. And with the valve open, you also get milk with grains? And second: what kind of milk do you use?
I'll try to do it with the valve removed
First time store milk. Most likely "buttermilk"
I rarely take anything else.
And this time, pasteurized milk from the "Prinevsky" state farm (bought at the market in Vsevolozhsk-White-Nights - a mini market)
