Cooking method

  • Put the neck in the multicooker bowl, vegetables on top - do not add liquid.
  • We put on the "bake" mode - 55 minutes, with the valve closed. After the end of the program, carefully let off steam, open the lid, turn it over and put it on the "chicken" - 15 minutes - also with the valve closed. We do not put salt - all my vegetables were in a sweet and sour marinade.
