Ingredients

Puff pastry 500 g
Brynza 200 g
Frozen spinach (defrost) 150 g
Bulb 1 PC.
Dill 1 bundle
For lubrication:
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Chop cheese, onion, dill and spinach in a food processor. Split off a piece of dough with your hands, knead, put 1 dessert spoon of the filling, pinch.

It turned out very tasty !!! And for some reason the feta cheese is unsalted at all. Does spinach neutralize it!
