Dear forum users!
After several months of operation, quite large abrasions of the Teflon coating have already appeared in my DEU bucket. The walls in these places are covered with rust. Before each baking, I greased the bucket with oil, always dissolved salt and sugar in water, took out the finished bread only after settling for at least 10 minutes. And nothing helped. The scuffs only increase.
I read somewhere that it is possible to restore the non-stick layer with oil and calcination. But I did not find detailed instructions. "Search" gave nothing. If someone knows, please tell me.

If the warranty period has not expired, it is probably better to change the bucket

I don’t know for sure, but, in my opinion, the Teflon coating is not covered by the warranty. In the "search" I saw numerous statements of members of the forum on a similar topic. I bought the stove 10 months ago.

you can create something like a non-stick layer with oil and annealing. Only not every metal allows you to perform such an operation, and before that you need to clean the surface of all the old coating. Something is doubtful to me that it would be possible to do this with a bucket for HP, since it is most likely made of an alloy and is not intended to work with open fire, that is, with very strong heating.

Just yesterday I took a new bucket from the service for my stove - they all change, you just need to handle it more persistently Good luck!

Good day to all., I'm not an electrician, help me figure it out. The Daewoo DBM-151 bread maker stopped rotating the motor during the next baking cycle, the display shows that time is running, but nothing is rotating. tried to turn it on and off nothing changed. Then he dismantled the stove: the belt did not come off in place, one of the windings was ringing the other did not, I found a thermal fuse in the motor braid, removed it, after which the motor started working and the program started working, BUT now it constantly rotates slowly even when baking bread. Help me to understand.

Did you try to take it in for repairs?

There are two reasons for this:
1. The relay that turns on the engine is stuck
2. Defective transistor or thyristor giving voltage to the relay (about which above).
It is unlikely, but maybe a microcircuit that controls everything in x / n.
Most likely a relay or transistor / thyristor.
mm1355
I'll try to check the thyristor / transistor and relay.
... I noticed one more thing when the case is grounded (reset to "ground"), the x / n starts working in normal mode, but not for long about 5 minutes, then the glitches with the motor come back again!

If there are connectors, is the contact good. and the wires are not cut off or short to the body. On the board, the soldering of the radio elements has come off. This is me for a safety net. In general, the inspection during the search is done at the beginning, it happens visually at once everything is revealed.

Hello dear bakers.
Please help our newbie Yantar-s advice,
Baking bread in the Daewoo DI-9154 bread maker

I noticed that when kneading, my bucket creaks, does this need to be treated or so for everyone?

I have not personally encountered such a phenomenon yet, so I am addressing you, maybe someone has it, or someone may be well versed in technology and tell you what it might be related to.
Yantar-s
Oh thanks, I thought that the topic would have to be opened somehow, but here everything is already open, well, so:

noticed that when kneading, the bucket sways a little from side to side, and creaks, somewhere from below, not in the bucket itself, but where the bucket sits on the pins, the blades normally quietly knock in the buckets everything as expected, the creak comes from somewhere from the bottom

Someone will surely answer you
All ovens work according to the same principle, knead and bake. : kolobok: Nobody has invented anything new yet. They differ in price and functions, so to try to understand for yourself what may be there, read this topic.https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=61.0
Buckets from Mulinex most often cause complaints from users, which means there will be more advice on them, look in the topics.
Stove manufacturers often order components and parts from the same factories.

I don't see anything terrible. I also have a small bucket in a light movement and sometimes creaks.
The blade rotates at a high speed, the dough rolls over the bucket with force. And if the dough is also coolly kneaded, for example, on dumplings, then the creak can be strong.

Admin Well, nice, I, in principle, try not to get into the technique unnecessarily (until it crashes at all), but my husband is trying to lubricate something there, so I'm thinking of supporting the initiative, or is it better not to let him near the stove with all kinds of lubricants?

I'm not your advisor here A man knows better how and what to do

In my x \ n years for 14 years I have never climbed, she is clever

I put mine on empty, listened - it buzzes, there is noise, without scratching sounds, loud enough, but not critical.
you are probably still reinsured.
This I mean that everything can really be fine, but the stove cannot work silently. Although the owners of Panasonic say that they do not even hear their stove when it kneads: kolobok: I don’t know - maybe then it’s not too late for you to return this one and take Panasonic for the same money (6000tr), it is now normally worth the price in in-store in Moscow. 🔗

I mean whether it will be harmful for baking or there will be no foreign odors during baking.

veranikalenanika
Yes, no, it buzzes normally, and there are no scratching sounds, just when kneading to the beat, the bucket sways and creaks, as if swinging a gate here and there.

I don't want to part with it, I really liked the double mold, and the lighting is so cute, my husband seems to be able to fix something himself.

Yantar-s It seems to me not worth climbing in HP. Forfeit your warranty.
If the instructions do not show service, then it is not needed!
Believe me, the capitalists are very pedantic about this. But if the marriage is TTT then in the service!
mm1355
thanks for the help.)
I soldered all the contacts on the board and replaced the thyristor, the stove worked.!

I've had my DEUshka for a month and a half. Everything about her more or less suits me. And the bread has already begun to turn out.

But there is one problem. From one pin (in a single form where there are two blades), a blade often flies off. Not always, but ... The first time I thought I hadn't planted the spatulas tightly. Another time, in my presence, she began to slowly but stubbornly climb up, I had to strengthen it, but she still climbed. So I stood in the wings until the batch was over. Once again I woke up in the morning from the roar of a flying blade, beating against a bucket (even a scratch remained) And so every other time At first I didn't pay much attention, but now I understand that this happens quite often and I don't like it at all

Sometimes everything seems to be fine. And at night she kneads without problems. But every time I am afraid for the bucket, so now I rarely put it at night.

Do you think this is a warranty case? In Technosila, if anything, they didn't even give me a warranty card. They said a check guarantee. But when I come there, so what? Are we going to try to knead the dough there? What if this paddle won't fly off with them?
In principle, I have a complaint not so much about the stove itself, but about this bucket, of which the ill-fated pin is a part.

Good day!
Please tell me where you can buy a stirring knife for the Daewoo di-3207s bread machine. I looked in online stores - this particular model has no components. Maybe someone has experience using a mixer from another bread machine.
lulu07
Hello everybody! I have h / l Daewoo Di3200s and a problem: the mixer is lost. Maybe someone faced the same problem and was able to solve it? ... I called the spare parts store, there are no mixers. People help !!!!!!!!!!!

Hello!! The bucket began to leak (where the pins with a stirrer are inserted, there are no complaints about the bucket itself).
Somewhere I saw a topic about how you can fix this breakdown yourself, I can't find it ...
Tell me please!!
