Carrot bread in a bread maker

Ingredients

Yeast 1.5 tsp.
Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
Carrot cake 1 tbsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Rast. oil 60 g
Egg + water 200 ml

Cooking method

  • We load all the ingredients into the bread maker (according to the instructions). And we put in the "Italian bread" mode.

Note

It turns out a tall, gingerbread carrot bread.
Note: I specifically indicated the brand of the juicer, as more powerful juicers leave drier cake. Pay attention to this!

240 ml. = 150 gr. wheat flour

I used carrots chopped in a blender for cooking, squeezed the juice and added to the water instead of an egg, and sautéed the cake with oil in a pan, seasoning with dried dill and garlic. Then, however, during the manual kneading, the amount of flour had to be adjusted. Baked in the oven for 50 minutes at 230 degrees (the first 15 minutes with steam).
