Ingredients

Chicken breast - fillet 2 breasts
Bulb onions 1/2 - 1 pc.
Butter 20 g
Garlic 1 clove
Cream (was 33% fat) 100 ml
Dry white wine 100 ml
Salt, spices, pepper, fresh herbs
Green peas - took ice cream 1/2 cup
Flour 1/2 tbsp. l.
For garnish:
Broccoli and cauliflower from the freezer.

Cooking method

  • Multicooker - Baking mode - cooking time 30 minutes.
  • Put butter (ghee), crushed garlic, onion, sliced ​​breast into strips into a saucepan - fry until the liquid boils.
  • Add cream, wine, salt, spices and simmer, stirring occasionally.
  • We boil the liquid a little. Then add flour (sift through a sieve to thicken the sauce), green peas, greens - alter everything and bring to readiness. We taste and adjust if required.
  • As a result, we get this look of breasts with sauce!
  • While the breast is cooking, make a side dish.
  • In order to steam vegetables from the freezer, it is not necessary to take out a large double boiler, especially since only two servings of vegetables are prepared.
  • I do this in a regular wide sieve. I pour only 0.5 liters of water into a saucepan, a sieve on top, frozen broccoli and cauliflower into it, a lid on top.
  • Salt the cabbage on top!
  • The water will boil quickly, in a few minutes, and the cabbage will be ready!
  • We collect the dish.
  • I put the cabbage on a plate. Next to the chicken breast. Pour everything on top with a delicious creamy sauce! And be sure to sprinkle a little green onion!

Note

When you need to quickly cook dinner - take out the multicooker!
And of course, the chicken!

They swallowed it, didn't even have time to take a picture True, I didn't have peas and wine ... because I modified your recipe a little (litter!): (I cooked in a Zeiden pan with a thick bottom) for the drain. fried chicken fillet (pieces) in oil, then there + onion + grated carrots (1 pc.) + flour; slightly fried; I spread 100 grams of sour cream in 200 ml of water + 2 tablespoons of boxes. brandy, poured this chicken + spices and salt. Stewed under the lid until tender. A few more fried mushrooms were found in the refrigerator, so I also added them at the end of cooking. Zaaaaapah! ... and taste ... In general, based on your recipe, I got a variation of "Revision in the refrigerator". Thanks again for the idea !!!
