I just turned to Shpilka as a resident of Russia and a moderator.
I organize purchases for Ukrainian girls, and then the topic of sausage just caught my eye, and mostly Russians take part in it. In one of the topics I saw recommendations for cleansing the intestines and remembered with horror this procedure. In a fit, I wrote a letter to Shpilka.
I will answer, in order, the questions that rained down on me.
1. Nowadays only plastic attachments for meat grinders are sold, but in our bazaar they sell special sausages, also of Hungarian production. They have a metal nozzle on them. If anyone is interested, I can find out the price and take a picture.
2. Intestines in packs sprinkled with salt, 10m may be several pieces. Rinse under running water and fill with minced meat. The remainder can be stored in the freezer. One pack is enough for 5kg of minced meat, but this is approximate.
3. The option of transferring to Moscow or Russia is rather complicated. Mail is expensive, so I send by train, so you need to cooperate.

Can I put in 5 kopecks? I read it in parts, I could have missed something. I use a plastic sausage attachment - great weight! And something costs 10 hryvnia. I can send it to anyone if it is necessary, they are sold in our market. And we have the intestines cleaned and salted, in the Metro they are sold, in plastic buckets, I think 180 meters. There is a small "channel" to Moscow, if that.

Kalmykova, what does it look like? I have never seen anything like it. I personally find it very inconvenient for me to cut off the neck from the bottle, but buying a whole combine because of one nozzle is illogical. Maybe I need just such a thing as yours? Can I have a photo?
