In general, it is not in vain that this technique, that Phillips and other brands, do not take root. The principle of operation is simple - hot air blowing. Something similar to an airfryer, only with a more convenient form factor.
As for the ENDEVER SkyLine AF-121 model itself - it is thoughtfully made, the display is cosmic-beautiful, the set of accessories is large.

By products:
Potato: Indeed, something turns out. Inside - crumbly and very similar. Outside - dry thin crust. In general - children eat, quite a reasonable alternative to a conventional deep fryer, from the point of view of ease of washing and saving oil.You may not use oil in the air fryer at all, but it is better to roll the potatoes in a teaspoon of oil. And don't forget to shake.

Meat: Definitely fail. If cooked on a wire rack, then dry crust, fresh insides. You might like it only after a year's forced feeding from a double boiler :) If you cook in a mold with a sprinkle of cheese or mayonnaise - then ... Why? The form for two is even tiny, more will fit into the oven.

Fish: Read about meat.

Other products: A good omelet is obtained according to the recipe "like in kindergarten" (available in Yandex, which is without flour) - this is where for every 1 egg 100 grams of milk. We make in the form of 3 eggs. delicate, delicious. This is the most optimal cooking. You can't bake such an omelet on the stove, and it's unreasonable to drive the oven for a couple of servings.

Appearance of dishes: Bright and crispy crusts and breadings, as in the pictures, will not work. The crust will be slightly darkish or yellowish, dry.

Conclusion: the use of an air fryer is difficult to come up with.
  • to an ordinary kitchen with a stove and an oven - just take a place :)
  • if for a bachelor in a small apartment - it is doubtful, a very limited amount of food prepares. Better to buy a small tabletop oven, or multicooker.
  • if you go to work, to the dacha - there is a plus in compactness, but a huge minus with the number of delicious dishes again.
    For dieters and adherents of a healthy diet - of course it is good that it is not fatty. But because of the dry crust, this category of home cooks will not be able to eat such dishes, it is very hard for the stomach.


So it takes its place of honor on the shelf of unnecessary gadgets - next to an electric pizza pan and similar appliances. Will only be given to children for cooking potatoes :)

PS: we could, not wanting to feel fools for the money spent, try to look for recipes that are tolerable for this device, but it is much more pleasant to learn to admit our mistakes. it was interesting to try a new device - we tried it, and paid for it :)
