Millet pie with meat and potatoes

Ingredients

Dough: Millet porridge, boiled in water 400 g
Flour
(the amount of flour depends on the consistency of the porridge)
about 380g
Dry yeast 2.5 tsp
Sour cream 30% 100 g
Olive oil 50 g
Egg 1 PC.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Filling:
ground beef 500 g
Onion 1 PC.
Potatoes 3 medium pieces
Pickled cucumber (optional) 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough in HP on the "Pelmeni" mode, let it come up while the filling is being prepared.
  • For the filling: fry the onion, add the minced meat, bring it almost to readiness, add the grated potatoes ("Korean carrot" grater), fry for a few more minutes until the potatoes are soft.
  • Divide the dough into two parts, put the filling into 1 part, put a thinly cut pickled cucumber (optional) on top of the filling, cover with the second part of the dough and bake.
