Ingredients

pork (pulp or ribs) 1 kg (conditionally)
canned pineapples 1 can
ketchup packaging
salt pepper optional

Cooking method

  • This dish requires only four components: pork itself, a jar of canned pineapples in syrup, a package of ketchup (any, except that with garlic) and a cauldron. All. No salt, no pepper, no oil.
  • I take a cauldron, warm it up well and spread the pieces of meat fat down. The fat is melted and I begin stirring the meat to fry. Not much.
  • Then I pour all the syrup from the jar with pineapples into the cauldron to the meat, all the ketchup and mix. Let it go out. When it's almost done, I add pineapples. Another 5 - 10 minutes let it boil quietly. Indescribable taste!
  • I love this dish very much. Sometimes I cook pork ribs this way, sometimes a neck or a ham. And it always turns out delicious. The main thing is to have at least a little fat.

I took pork ribs, or rather pork ribs with soft ribs - before putting them in the cauldron, I seasoned with pepper, I have a can of pineapple 650 g, but I didn't put all of it - a little more than half, I added half a glass of water - all this for that , so that it is not very sweet. Well, at the end I added a little salt
In general, seasonings - to taste
Since I had ribs, the final stewing was not 5-10 minutes, but 30.
