Here, I boast - today they brought a parcel.

These are all sorts of differences for bento:

cheese / sausage / vegetable cutters,

forms for cutting sausages,

mold for making butters
Japanese little things in life

(we already talked about it somewhere, I just don't remember where, and there were even links to a video showing how it works).
I ordered everything on ebay, took a little less than a month.
So far, however, I'm not happy
I tried to cut sausages - ours do not climb, we must also try special cocktail ones, as, in fact, it is drawn in the picture. I cut Klin dairy into pieces ... Well, the platmassa does not cut them as it should! Maybe because they are thick, or I put them in the wrong way ... I will try again))

I also tried to make a sandwich out of my own bread. Also sucks - too porous crumb, tears and poorly glued edges. You will probably also need to buy special bread for sandwiches.

But all the same they raised the mood))

I also want to order a mold for rice and for eggs - you put warm hard-boiled yaydo there, and it takes all sorts of funny shapes - some kind of cars, etc.

In fact, the container turned out to be very small - it will fit into my bag without any problems. I want to try something beautiful and useful to wear for lunch, here.

I have long dreamed about such a molding. Maybe someone uses and says kind or not very words about her.

Forming for square sushi.

And he will tell you where to buy. I've been waiting for her in the online store for more than 2 years, but she never showed up

I found such a molding in an internet store. There are also other interesting things for forming different types of sushi. For norimaki and nigiri, for example. Only plastic.
I was embarrassed that these devices only mold rice with filling, and then the nori need to be screwed onto the workpiece? Or I misunderstood something ...
I'm waiting, maybe someone used it and share it.

So it's the same for square sushi. They are also called sushi sandwich.
Vilara
Caprice , yes it is clear that for square. I asked if it was easy to handle the preparation of rice and wrap it in nori, as the instructions for it advise. Or, for example, for onigiri. It seems to me that these blanks will be even more difficult to wrap

Well, actually, as far as I've tried sandwich sushi, they are not wrapped in nori ... They are simply tamped into a mold in layers, and then cut along the lines with a sharp knife. At the same time, nori find themselves somewhere in the middle. And the form must also have a lid for tamping ...

The question is a little off topic, but still I will ask: no one tried to buy all sorts of kitchen stuff on Chinese Taobao? The prices there are ridiculous, if the weight is small, then the delivery is inexpensive. In my city there are people who are engaged in mediation in purchases with taobao, there are acquaintances who shop like this, but everyone mostly takes clothes-accessories, although there is also a lot related to the kitchen, from tea to electric brushes, rice cookers.

because the cars are heavy .. there is an engine and all that ... in general, I naldo someone in comrades-in-arms .. who is easy-going .. and I can put links to devices somewhere .. for inspection and discussion, so to speak. . until they loaded me with work ..))

Heavy cars, I admit it, but paying a hundred bucks for the delivery of a device that costs thirty at most is not profitable, you must admit.
However, we are already offtopic here, the modernists will drive us "into the garden" ...

I work in a sushi store, bought this device for trial - absolutely not a convenient thing. It's easier to twist it with your hands) because the roll is not completely wrapped in nori and there is no nori inside the base, it falls apart.
