Quail eggs in spinach omelet

Ingredients

For 3-4 servings:
150 ml milk
3 chicken eggs
salt
1 cube frozen spinach (50-60g)
10 quail eggs

Cooking method

  • Heat the spinach in a microwave or in a skillet over low heat. Beat the eggs with milk and salt, add the heated spinach, stir and pour into the pan. As soon as the omelet grabs a little, break the quail eggs into it. Cover and cook over low heat.
