Boiled pork tongue 1 (150 gr)

Marinade
400 ml water
1.5 teaspoon tablespoons of sugar
a slice of lemon about 0.5 cm thick

Cut the onion into half rings as thin as possible. Mix the marinade, taste, bring to taste, it should be pleasantly sour. Dip the onion into the marinade and soak in it for at least 2 hours. Then fold into a sieve or colander and let the water drain completely.

Cut the cabbage (young cabbage, iceberg lettuce) into very thin noodles, rub lightly with your hands (no fanaticism!), Add prepared onions, thinly sliced ​​tongue (it is very convenient to do this with a filleting knife). Season the salad to taste with salt, sugar (!), Vinegar (lightly sprinkle), olive oil (any odorless vegetable) and for a bunch no more than a dessert spoon of mayonnaise.

I once ate such a salad in a restaurant and I really like it.
And thanks to this salad, my husband ate his tongue for the first time in his life yesterday, and even with great pleasure! Here!
