Sourdough rye bread with green onions

Ingredients

Rye sourdough 250g.
Aged kefir 250g.
Sea salt 1 \ 2st. l.
Molasses (honey, sugar) 1 st. l.
Rye flour 110g.
Wheat flour 200g.
Vegetable oil 1 st. l.
Green onion 50g.

Cooking method

  • Mix kefir (preheat a little in the microwave), leaven, salt, vegetable oil, molasses and finely chopped onion. Pour HP into the bucket.
  • Add flour. Knead in any mode with heating for 20 minutes.
  • Gingerbread man and dough look the same as in Sourdough rye bread with green onions
