Stew with mushrooms, beans and pasta

Cut one large onion into cubes and simmer in a skillet in vegetable oil. Add 1 coarsely grated carrot to the onion. Fry everything together until light golden brown. Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry with vegetables until the juice evaporates. Add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, stew. Add dry (!) Pasta. While stirring, fry everything together so that the pasta is covered with fat.
Pour in hot water so that the pasta is covered. Season with salt, pepper, add finely chopped garlic and simmer over low heat until the pasta is done and the water evaporates. If necessary, water can be added. Finally, add red or white boiled beans (I use canned beans) and parsley (optional).
