Ingredients

Egg 4 things
Kefir (the sour the better) 2 items from MV
Sugar 2 tbsp. from MV

Soda (if kefir is not sour, quench with vinegar or lemon juice)
Flour 5 st from MV
ADDITIONALLY:
zest of one lemon and juice of half a lemon or vanilla sugar 1 pack. (5g.)

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs (without fanaticism - easy with a whisk), add kefir, mix. Add sugar, vegetable oil, soda and lemon zest and lemon juice or vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add flour gradually, avoiding clumps. The dough should have the consistency of pancakes or homemade sour cream.
  • Grease a stone saucepan with oil and pour out the dough.
