lisa567, good day! I don't remember how I found your recipe. I don't have Polaris and never had. I got hooked on this cupcake! It turns out very tender, melts in your mouth! Good product ratio. In the summer I experimented with baking in the microwave and in the tabletop oven. I'll bring a photo from the dacha, I'll show it.
And today I did it again. In a gas oven. Here are the pictures. Thank you very much for the composition !!!! Very, very tasty! Now it's worth trying in a slow cooker, though I have a different brand.

lisa567, I am again with thanks ... There are several zebras on the site, probably there are marble ones. I didn't check the ingredients, I'm making it according to your recipe. Just lovely what it is. I did it already in the microwave, tabletop, large gas oven, and now in the bread maker.
The queue will not reach the multicooker ...)))))))
In the form of a zebra, yummy:

Now baked it again. But for the first time it turned out to be a bit heavy - I rose less. And all because I decided to add kefir and poured the bag to the end (instead of 100 g, it turned out to be almost 200). Conclusion - accuracy is the key to success! :))
