They didn't put a comma, and such a horror would have turned out! And it seems that the measures were not written. Well, if you approach everything with your head, then everything turns out great! This is the first recipe of this kind. And hopefully the last one!

that's for sure!

And my bread often falls off. But today Borodinsky was baking, so 27 minutes before the end of baking, the top crust was all cracked, although until that time it was even and smooth. What's the matter? A recipe from a book.
Here's a photo uploaded somewhere, but I don't see it (I wanted to show a crack on the upper crust)

Almost at all, they differ little from each other, if you look at the table in the instructions. If in the same Panasonic the difference between programs is more than 2 hours, then everything is about the same here. If there is no time, I put on the full programs (white, whole grain, Borodino - depending on the flour I take). If I have time, I make the dough, watch how it fits, then put on the baking. The automatic programs with recipes from the book came out well: bread with grains, Borodinsky, sports, baguettes, ensaimada, butter coffee loaf. From the site I took Darnitsky bread, whole grain recipes, a cake with cottage cheese ... but here every day you can bake something new
And my ensaimada buns turned out to be strong, they did not rise at all. It became clear that it would not work when the dough was kneaded - it was very cool, it was bad even to mold the buns. Do you make them lush?

please help me figure it out.
Today I began to bake baguettes, the stove squeaked, I pressed the turn off button, took out the dough and began to sculpt baguettes, when I inserted the molds into the stove, pressed the power button and my stove started making baguettes again, that is, kneading the dough again. I had to put it on baking, put it on for 50 minutes and a medium crust - obviously tasty, the crust is very hard.
I don't have instructions in Russian, so I can't figure it out myself.
So why did you turn off the button when HP squeaked? You have disabled the program. Squeaked HP in order to take out the dough and mold the baguettes, and the stove will wait on the initially set program (1). When you put the baguettes to bake, poke the start button and the HP will start baking them. Read carefully the booklet on the rules for using HP, in particular, for baking baguettes. Ah, you don't have instructions in Russian. language. So, program 1 for baguettes by default is 8 pieces. After the second signal (after 1 hour with something, I don't remember exactly, there is no book at hand) HP will squeak to take out the dough and mold the baguettes. You don't need to press any buttons - HP will wait for your actions. We put 4 baguettes, put in the oven, close the lid and now press the start button. The second part of the dough for 4 more, let the baguettes lie under the towel (I immediately shape the baguettes and - under the towel). When the first baguettes are baked, the HP will squeak. Get them out and put the second batch ... and press the start button. Program 1 is set up so that after the dough is ready and before cutting it into baguettes, it will wait 1 hour for your manipulations. If they are not followed, the program will turn off after an hour. If you only bake 4 baguettes, then after baking them, turn off the HP forcibly, that is, reset the program with the start button. Good luck!

And what kind of orange blossom is this? Something floral. We do not have it on sale. What taste does it give? Educate a newbie
Yes, but these buns have a very tight dough. Did you put food strictly according to the recipe from the book?

Fret in the house and bread on the table, dear bakers!
I am a happy owner of this bread machine for 2 weeks.
I try different kinds of bread, while we stopped at Krestyanskoye, we liked it very much.
And today I decided to try Otrubnaya. And something he is not very ...
I did not find a topic on the forum about such bread, so I will ask here.
Forgive me, please, if out of place. If I missed anything, I will be very grateful for the link.
So, I baked according to the recipe from the book

Weight 750 gr. Mode No. 10

Water 350 ml.
Sunflower oil ½ tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Powdered milk 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 320 gr.
Finely ground bran 160 gr.
Dry baker's yeast 2 tsp

Instead of milk powder and water, I added the entire volume with the usual slightly warm boiled milk from under a domestic cow.
The bread turned out to be heavy, dense and dryish.

I took the bran:

Who baked this recipe, please share your experience.
What's the matter? In milk? Wheat flour is good, yeast is fresh. I measured it on the scales.
Until now, I baked all the bread in powdered milk.

Probably no one baked ...
We don't really like bran, experimenting on a kolobok is a little problematic
(eating such bread is difficult). Well, nothing, many other delicious recipes.

Lada in the house and bread on the table, dear bakers!

Today I baked for the first time plain ciabatta (Italian bread)... It turned out amazing !!!
But, of course, like many newbies, funny difficulties arose, which nevertheless made me worry.
But the urge to experiment is ineradicable!
Therefore, for those who do not know how to approach this bread - my experience.

Two ciabatta is very little for our bread machine. This is exactly 100% and here's why.
After loading all the ingredients for the recipe from the 2 ciabatta book and turning on the appropriate mode
(Italian bread) the first doubts began. The dough was divided into 2 identical koloboks and wrapped around the mixers.
I decided to leave and see. But soon after the start of the kneading, the second mixer gently jumped off along with the dough.
Just the kneading temporarily stopped and cotton squeaked (time to add spices, if necessary). I pulled out this bun, took out the stirrer,
I stuck the gingerbread man on the one left in the oven, fortunately, the consistency of the dough allowed. Then the kneading started and I was longing for 15 minutes
watched him through the window, fearing not so much for the stirrer (the bun is very small), as for the fact that the second screw was spinning idle
and the load is uneven.
But, thank God, everything worked out. The dough came up very hard, after the beep (after 1 hour 20 minutes) I pulled out a noticeably warm dough
divided in half, etc. according to the instructions. Baking was 35 minutes, but on the middle crust the buns were quite pale.
I thought that it was not enough for them, I reset the program and just turned on baking for 10 minutes, which turned out to be very useful. More afraid not to dry out. The result is two such amazing tasting ciabatta:

There is only one bun in the photo - due to an error when transferring the photo to a computer, I had to take pictures for the 2nd time, when one was already hot.
And the date in the photo is wrong, it keeps getting lost.

Another addition to the recipe. Added 1 tsp grows. butter and a tablespoon (regular, lunch) with a slide, flour.

Summary: The bread is very tasty, but I highly recommend baking 4 pieces, in two steps, as in the recipe.

Happy delicious pastries !!!

Dear bakers!

Who has experience in baking turkish pita, Tell me please.
Our recipe book shows the proportions for 4 pits, but almost the same amount of water and flour,
as for 2 ciabatta, only the baking mode is different. Is there an error in indicating the number of products?
Maybe this is still a recipe for 2 pita? After the previous described experience, I do not want to run on a rake

I would be very grateful for your help!

Elena, recipes from a book are not always successful. Use the recipes from the forum and you will be satisfied with the quality of your bread. Happy bread to you!

I give blessings! I just want to bake pita in my bread maker.
We have special molds for it. Therefore, I ask for specific advice. I did not find such a recipe on the forum
Lagri
I meant bran bread.
