Kenwood's latest model is even more expensive. But I agree that you can't put "raw" models on the market. It would be interesting to compare the serial numbers - perhaps the matter is in the batch (motors came with a defect - and this is the result), perhaps it depends on the manufacturer (maybe it is not the only one). But, in general, I would like to wish you and your spouse to buy non-exhausted HP and enjoy the forgotten taste of homemade bread!

Ie all Moulinex bread machines are like that ???

At first, we fell for beautiful books, advertisements, baguettes, etc. + works great for a friend ...

Somehow I don't like Panasonic (appearance, no window - our daughter likes to look into it so much) I am also alarmed that everywhere there are only positive reviews, no negative ones, somehow too perfect ... maybe they are persistently "doing" this? Or someone convince me ...

And besides Panasonic and Moulinex, which manufacturer is considered good-quality?, So that more recipes, Borodino, separately knead, so that you can do as much with a steam oven as in OW 6002 ...

And which Kenwood model is more expensive? We seem to have the most expensive 6002 in Ukraine - $ 250, Kenwood BM450 - $ 180 (there are no more expensive models of this brand)

Not everyone, of course, there are those on the forum who did not break anything.Although I, at one time pecking at the advanced functions of HP, now I already understand that, in fact, I do not need so much from HP, in fact, 3 -4 modes of automatic baking, baking separately and kneading a couple of types of dough. I bake half the dough in the oven anyway.

I also like the window, although, in general, the thing is not the most necessary))

The Kenwoods are not bad. Many have purely Chinese models in general - and nothing. Borodino people bake with might and main on the white bread mode, absolutely any recipe can be baked in almost any CP ... in general, all these bells and whistles, in fact, are superfluous, but, remembering myself, I understand that everyone should step on their own rake))

And which Kenwood model is more expensive?
So VM900 is already out. In January, prices for it were higher than for Mulinex. And, by the way, where I bought my Mulya, Kenwood VM450 cost a thousand rubles more (~ 30-35 dollars). Perhaps the price policy for our countries is different for manufacturers.
Sacredspirit
Hmmm. The prices mean very different for our countries ... I have already seen this on the video camera market in our country and in Europe (We had a canon more expensive than a Sony, but they have the opposite). That is, you can consider Kenwood as an option? And what can you say about Philips?, We just have a lot of household appliances of this brand.
BM900 - $ 150
BM450 - $ 180

Panasonic also has disadvantages https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=445.0
But they are much less common. The fact that the company is the first industrial manufacturer of home-based CP has an experience of production since 1987

The one that is simpler is unambiguous. And I would choose from Kenwood, Panasonic or the same Moulinex. I don't think I would have dared to go for little-known models, fearing flaws.

Yes, it would be for what)) The main thing is that everything in the end should turn out the way you would like!

Yes, they did quality things before ... But now the manufacturers have figured out that it is not profitable for them, they need to buy their new models once a year or two with a lot of new "necessary" bells and whistles. It turns out that there is no known Quality product on our market. It turns out all bread machines are a lottery ...
Ines
Yes, my colleagues ask me for offtopic ... but, alas, the tendency to do things with a lifespan of 2-3 years is now everywhere. Computers, phones, and cars - everything is done so that after the end of the warranty period, you buy a new product.
Sacredspirit
Tired of choosing, calling online stores, looking. We just stopped by after a Sunday walk with the whole family in the Foxtrot near the house ... We thought we'd buy what would be available. We chose between black Phillips, 450 Kenwood and Moulinex 5002 ... Despite the failure from 6002, we decided to trust this manufacturer again - we bought Moulinex 5002.

Here is the result - white bread from the recipe book, although they added another 50 grams there. sunflower seeds:

Baking in Moulinex OW 6002

Half is gone

I hope everything will continue to be wonderful baking
Jenny
Congratulations! May it continue to please you with delicious and beautiful bread!

And today I became the proud owner of 6002 Muli So take a new baker into your ranks
After 40 minutes, the first bread should be baked. Waiting ....

The first 15 minutes of baking smelled suspiciously of plastic, now it began to smell like bread.
And I also looked a little under the lid - to see if something was melting there, and the top of the bread immediately sagged a little (just a little) Is this normal?

I am impatient)
Ines
Do not open the lid during baking. But, let's hope it will work out))
Jenny
Well, it didn't get really bad, it's just that the top crust has fallen a little - it has become not round, but wavy ...
But the bread was delicious.

The second time, I did not open anything and the program was different, but at about the same time - about 15 minutes after the start of baking, the bread also fell a little bit, although I did not open the lid. Just stood there ...
Pts. strange ...
Ines
Nothing strange)) There is no equal flour in terms of its moisture absorption, the recipe assumes one thing, but you have another on your hands. And the "roof" of bread is extremely sensitive to an excess of water and yeast. As well as a disadvantage. Therefore, I highly recommend that you study on this forum everything that relates to the concept of "kolobok". As soon as I saw through this business, I began to monitor the batch and adjust the bun. And everything immediately became better - the bread began to come out beautiful and even. Well, I also ceased to be afraid of the dough, after the last work of the "mixers" I take it out, remove the mixers, form a neat sausage with my hands and put it back. And the holes in the bread are tiny, and the result is pleasing! So, I took it out 5 minutes ago - according to the recipe, it was 240 ml of water, but I had to add as much as 40. Although it is more difficult to add water to the dough than flour, it really happened.
Cheese bread with caraway seeds, 750 gr, medium crust:
Baking in Moulinex OW 6002
For an experience of 3 weeks - very decent, kmk ...And at first, I also had strange looking products)) In general, study the topics, oh-oh-you will find a lot of useful things for yourself! I am so grateful for the work of those who write here - there are simply no words. Of course, they themselves would have learned in the end, but if someone has already gone through the rake, it is better not to step on them))

can anyone spotted the last batch of programs on your stove

Ines
I bake almost every day, but somehow I fell in love with the modes "Yeast dough" and then separately "Baking". Therefore, I can’t help much, but if there’s a chance, I’ll spot it. I wish I could find out more about the temperature regime - but you can't put a thermometer in HP, of course))
Jenny
The last kneading - do you mean that short kneading before the dough goes to the last proofing?
If this is the time indicated for all modes in the instructions.

Dear sirs bakers! Recently I bought this bread maker, I want to bake Borodino bread, the recipe book says that you need to select the "Borodino bread" program, but I did not find a program with that name in the instructions. Tell a novice baker which button to press Thank you

Question: they brought me Moulinex OW 6002, olive oil is almost everywhere in the recipe book, but I don't really like it, but I like sesame or, at worst, sunflower ... is it possible to replace olive oil with another oil? ..
===============
Shl. And here's another: Are the "White Bread" programs in Moulinex and the "Basic" programs in Panasonic the same?
Rina
you can change the oil quite painlessly. I use sunflower, corn or butter for my mood.
mara_2
Thank you ... now I understand - it's just a matter of taste ...
Yeah, and one more thing: did anyone bake charlotte in Moulinex OW 6002? .. if - yes, how? ..
=================
Shl. Here's another problem: it’s very difficult to remove the bucket from the bread machine ... in Panasonic it’s just - turn a little and pops out, but here you can’t get used to it ... I did it as in the instructions - it still feels like you pull out with meat - it’s cold and if it's hot, then oh ...

Good afternoon everyone! :) The day before yesterday we bought Moulinex OW 600230 !!! And yesterday I baked my first bread in a bread maker (white bread). I read a lot of bad reviews, and I was very worried when I filled up all the ingredients.: Mda: But how they pulled out the finished bread, I didn't even believe how beautiful and tasty it turned out: girl_love: it didn't work out so tasty in the oven
today I'm trying to bake Borodino bread, though I replaced the coriander with caraway (no coriander was found). 25 minutes left and I will share my impressions
Victoria500
So my second bread is ready (Borodinsky with caraway seeds) .... Super !!!! Delicious !!! With this bread maker I feel until I change all the recipes, I will not calm down: girl_in_dreams: It's a pleasure to bake

I don't even know how to explain: girl_red: I'll give everything according to the instructions. It worked the first time. It seems to me that it is not very difficult to get
mara_2
Here I, too, according to the instructions - I tilt it towards me a little - along the long side and try to take it out by the handle - and no way ... so while I'm afraid to bake - if that's the case with a cold bucket - then what will happen to the hot one - I'm afraid I will pull out all the giblets ...that's how much more convenient it is to do it in Panasonic - just turned it and took it out ...

I have a 6000 model, and I also don’t know which program for Borodino bread. It seems to be also 13 buttons.

Hello ladies, I would like to start by congratulating you on your holiday!
Yesterday we bought a bread maker and today I am thinking of baking the first bread. The instructions say that it is better to start with white bread. That's the problem, there is a sticker on the bread maker that white bread is under the number 8, but in the book and even here they write that white bread is under the number 9, which program to choose?
Jenny
Thanks for the compliments!
With the purchase of you! May it please you with delicious and beautiful bread

I have 8 program called "white bread" both in the book and in the bread maker

In general, programs 8 and 9 do not differ much in terms of time parameters, so if the recipe indicates a stove on program 9, then it is better to choose it.

Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to our forum! Thank you for your congratulations, very nice ...
And under the number 8, and under the number 9 (and under many others too) there are programs designed for baking white bread.
I join the council Jenny, for baking plain white bread, it is better to choose 9 or 10 program, in them a longer time is allotted for the first proofing, respectively, the dough has more chances to distance itself properly.
I don't like program 8, which is "White Bread", because the first proofing time is only 30 minutes, during which time the dough does not have time to properly distance itself. In my first Mulineshka (5002 model) with programs somehow more thoughtful. In the 6002 model, I also do not like the Keks program (the one that is "Bread"), again I compare it with the 5002 model.

Today I baked crispy bread from a book, on beer ... the crust is medium ... the sticks are drumsticks, do not bite, that is, it was not the bread that crunched, but the teeth ... and what is the reason, if someone baked, how did it turn out ? ..
Victoria500
It is better to bake as in the book it says: :) At first I was also surprised that there is program 9 in the book, and 8. I did it according to the book. : girl_dough: I've been baking in this bread maker for exactly one month! A couple of times a day. Really like.!!!! I bake all Toko according to the book that comes with the bread maker. I tried almost all the recipes! Everything turns out great! (y) Toko's lemon pie is burnt, now I bake it without a crust. And everything is super: wow: And the loaves on the beer are very tasty. But the next day they hardened. For 30 seconds in the microwave and again as fresh

I baked Borodino bread several times. The most delicious is obtained with the program for baking white French bread (button 9), I liked it much more than with the program for gluten-free bread.
The bread turned out to be wonderful: fragrant, tall and very, very tasty.
