Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 350 g

Brown sugar 160 g
Butter 150 g
Egg 4 things.
Bananas 400 g
Pulp of 1 vanilla pod

Ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Crushed hazelnuts 120 g

Cooking method

  • Original recipe:

  • 2. Peel the bananas, mash the flesh with a fork, not very hard, and add them along with salt, vanilla flesh, ginger and cinnamon to the butter and egg mixture. Sift flour and baking powder, mix with crushed nuts and add to the total mass.
  • 3. Grease a cake pan (30 cm long) with butter and sprinkle with flour, shake off excess flour. fill the mold with dough and smooth on top. bake in heated to 190 degrees. oven 50min. check readiness with a wooden stick. However, it should be remembered that juicy bananas make this test difficult.
  • Of course, I slightly adapted the recipe for the set of products available at that moment:
  • 1. Instead of brown sugar, white
  • 2. Instead of hazelnuts, walnuts
  • 3. Instead of baking powder-0.5 h. l. ammonium
  • 4.Because there were no vanilla sticks - 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 5. Ginger took fresh - 0.5 tsp. rubbed
  • I baked muffins in paper tins, in which I put 2 tbsp. l. test. Sprinkled on top with almond flakes (I really love this business).
  • Baked for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
  • I sprinkled the cooled muffins with sah. powder.

Just now I was thinking: where should I put 3 overripe bananas and my eyes fell on the paper cupcake molds. The idea was born spontaneously. I opened my favorite book "100 best recipes. Pastries. Masterpieces of the world's culinary experts" Christian Teubneri, found there a recipe for a banana cake (Puerto Rico). I was also bribed by the fact that whole-grain flour was used.
