Beef liver stewed with prunes in a slow cooker
Category: Meat dishes
Ingredients
Beef liver approximately
500-600 g
Prunes
(without fanaticism - so that the fist closes) a handful
Onion 1 pc.
Soy sauce
Oil and salt are not needed.
Cooking method

Pour boiling water over the prunes.
My liver, cut into bars with a side of about 1-1.5 cm and a length of about 4-5 cm (or whatever you like). Put the liver in a bowl, fill it with soy sauce - by eye, the top pieces stick out a little from the sauce. Mix well and leave for now.
Finely chop the onion. We throw it into the multicooker (without oil) - on the "Baking" with the lid closed.
Rinse the prunes, drain the water, finely chop and toss to the onion (during this time it has slightly browned in places) Turn off the "baked goods" (do not fry the prunes), stir.
We throw in the liver to this - without excess sauce (preferably with our hands) we shift it without squeezing the multicooker into the pan to the onion with prunes. We mix. We close.

Cooking program: Turn on
Note
it turned out very tasty, the liver is not dry and without oil I am not a fan of mixing prunes with something other than confectionery, but it turned out well

I didn't take pictures - firstly, I was just finishing it when I remembered that I hadn't seen such a recipe here. Secondly, it does not look the most attractive way - brown liver, interspersed with black prunes and everything in brown sauce - in general, somehow monotonous. But don't let that scare you

Awesome recipe, but that's not a task - there is no multi, please tell me, but if you do not extinguish in a multi-cooker, then how long should you extinguish?
Gin
I don’t know. But I’ll assume that you can also spend an hour - you only need to peep a couple of times on low heat - the liquid should not evaporate much ..
A multicooker is, in fact, a saucepan that does not burn on and which turns off automatically, with a tightly closed lid with small holes in the valve.
maybe even less than an hour - you need to look and try

Thanks, I'll try. Today I just fried it in an egg and flour. it turned out delicious. next time I'll try to write what happens.

that is, it marinates for about 15 minutes?
And another question, I do not have a baking mode in the cartoon, I will try to load everything at once and put it out on the "porridge" mode.

Yes, it is not pickled for a long time. If there is no baking, it's okay. It's just that I like to do something with a bow first

I understand then I'll put everything in a saucepan and put out
