I bought my mother Midea BM-220Q3-SS. I tried to bake bread with raisins in it from their instructions - only in vain I translated the products, not baked.
I baked bread according to my own recipe.
I took flour - wheat-bran mixture
flour 501 gr
water 361 gr
wheat sourdough 100% moisture 100 gr
or thick starter culture 60% moisture - 25 g
pressed yeast 3 gr
salt - 10 gr
The dough turns out 1000 gr
Mode - whole grain
