Test resultExcellent white bread (photo 1), with a soft, porous, aromatic crumb and a crispy crust. We baked a kilogram loaf in milk. The machine was able to brown bread not only from the barrels, but also from above. Our cake turned out to be too “tanned” (photo 2), although we cooked it twice, so we advise you to slightly increase the rate of liquid and flour when implementing the proprietary recipe, or choose a light crust. The baguettes (photo 3) came out well, the taste is classic, the crust is crispy. Note that it takes a few minutes to mold them. This is very easy, although it requires the direct participation of the hostess.

The instructions give a simplified recipe based on yeast; it is based not on rye flour, but on white. The program is rather short, lasts only 1 hour 42 minutes, and is designed for a kilogram loaf. Loaf: Weighing 750, 1000 and 1500 g. Piece baked goods differ in each program. Baguettes weigh about 80 g each (there will be 4 or 8), length up to 19 cm, ciabatta and lavash about 250 g each, bread or bread sticks about 20 g. Bucket: It has an elongated shape (internal dimensions WxDxH 223x126x150 mm), and the bread is obtained with a long brick, and the size is close to the usual "store" standards. To knead the dough, it has not one hook, but two. The shape is good for black and white bread, but the cake is too far from the classic "cake" ideal of beauty. The heating element in the oven is not one, as usual, but two, they stand around the perimeter, one above the other. The display is clear, the program indication goes according to the number, the list is located right there, it is in Russian. Settings (crust weight and color) are indicated by arrows. But the stage of the program is not reflected. The programs are divided into 2 groups: for baked goods and classic recipes. Both groups have a dedicated baking cycle. For example, pretzels or rolls can be baked for 10 to 35 minutes in 5 minute increments. And bread in a bucket from 10 to 70 minutes, step 10 minutes. The grace period is 15 hours (based on cycle completion time). It is strange that the timer does not apply to programs 8 "White bread", 9 "French bun", 10 "Whole grain" and 11 "Keks". But at the right time, you can order the preparation of dough for pies or dumplings.

At first, the dangling lid is somewhat embarrassing, but it turned out that it is simply removable and the locking mechanism is very simple. The viewing window is large, with its help you can watch the progress of the program without unnecessary opening. When baking on two levels, you cannot see what is happening on the bottom. But according to our observations, browning both below and above occurs synchronously. Care: the inside of the machine is not very dirty, so from time to time you just need to wipe it with a damp cloth. Outside, too, big problems are not expected. Black plastic is quickly put in order if it is dusty with flour. But the contour of the viewing window and its frame with cracks will require some attention, otherwise dust will clog into every corner. Power cord: displayed on the right, length 95 cm. Instructions: The model is equipped with the most exciting recipe book (among the participants). It contains 100 (!) Recipes adapted for this device. The design of this cover looks strange, the logic of this decision is not clear, and most importantly, why so many holes in the form of slits. The control panel is inclined and clearly visible.
