IMPRESSIONS

This device actually combines the capabilities of three devices at once: a bread maker, a yogurt maker and a toaster. It can also bake mini baguettes. We prepared a variety of products in this bread maker: Milk, Sour cream, Tender, Provence, Air, Rye with bran bread, muffin, baguettes, yogurt, and made jam.

NOT ONE EXTRA BABY

This is not to say that we always got the perfect crust. In some cases, it “failed” (Sour Cream and Rye bread with bran). Not a single housewife with a single bread maker is immune from this. After all, the rise of the crust depends largely on the quality of the starting products and their correct proportions. Another thing is important: the structure of the baking was excellent in all cases! The bread turns out to be plump, does not crumble, it is easily cut into pieces. This result can be obtained not in all bread makers.

TO TASTE AND COLOR

The variety of recipes will allow gourmets to enjoy different flavors. Even our opinions were divided: some liked the bread with Provencal herbs most of all, and the others - Tender with sour cream. Girls will be able to cook low-calorie bread here (for this they will have to buy whole flour, which, unfortunately, is not available in all stores).There are very interesting recipes for Far Eastern bread, Tomato with pistachios and even bread with pumpkin!

In general, just to try the entire range offered by the manufacturer will take at least a month. And how many more recipes you can come up with yourself!

CRISPY AND ATTRACTIVE

The baguette preparation program is divided into two stages: kneading the dough and baking. The timing is general, i.e. "0" is already displayed after the end of baking. It confused us a little the first time. We did not hear the beep that sounded when the dough was ready, and we could not understand why the timer stopped at 43 minutes.

The dough turned out, in our opinion, even more than four baguettes - at least six. But there are only two baking dishes. Two more baguettes can be baked using the Bake program. But if there is an opportunity, it is more convenient and faster to make the dough in a bread machine, and bake all the baguettes in the oven at once, in which case they can be given a more elongated shape of a French loaf. If there is no oven, then the bread maker can successfully replace it, but it will take a little more time to prepare baguettes for tea than when using an oven.

The dough turned out excellent, the finished baguettes disappeared in two minutes, we did not even have time to photograph everything.

TOASTS

The mini baguette mold can be easily transformed into a toast mold. You can dry 5 large toasts at the same time. Small pieces of bread cannot be placed in the pan. It takes 10 minutes to dry, but lovers of more toasty products will have to be patient and add another ten minutes.

In our opinion, using such a stand for daily toast for breakfast is not very convenient: everything can be done faster and easier in a toaster. But if you want hot toast just a couple of times a year, or in the summer you don't want to take the toaster to the country house, then this function of the bread maker will not be superfluous.

NOT ONLY YOGHURT

The bread maker has a special container for preparing 1 liter of yogurt. We really liked it! Yogurt can be prepared in many types of technology, but there is not always a separate dish for it. In the evening, you simply pour warm milk into the container, add the yoghurt for the sourdough, stir. And after 8 hours, in the morning, you can already consume natural yogurt. If you put it in the refrigerator, it will thicken overnight. And if you add berries or jam chopped in a blender ... Well, very tasty!

In principle, in a yogurt maker, you can prepare not only yogurt, but also acidophilus. To do this, you just need to use the appropriate leaven.

JAR JAM TO BAKERY BASKET

Of course, making jam in a bread maker is an auxiliary function, but why not? We, following the recipe, poured berries and sugar, added lemon juice - and that's it, the process started.

The advantages of cooking jam in this way are obvious: you don't need to stir it constantly, it doesn't burn, the berries don't fall apart.

Of course, housewives who are used to rolling up cans on an industrial scale will find it ridiculous to cook 500 g of product. But a young city girl can pleasantly surprise, for example, a potential mother-in-law by treating her with her own currant jam (and it is not necessary to say that the bread maker did everything).

The only "but" - this bread machine does not have a separate bucket for jam, you have to use a common bread. If you prepare one jar a year, then this is normal, but for the systematic use of the bread maker for these purposes, special dishes would be useful.

CONTROL

The control panel is located on the top of the bread machine, next to the lid. On both sides of the viewing window there is a convenient tooltip with the names of the programs.

At the top of the control panel, there is a display that shows the program number, loaf size, crust type, cooking time (countdown) and program progress.There are no buttons, sensors are installed: a menu, next to the choice of the color of the crust and the mass of the loaf, below is the Russian Baker key and 2 timer keys with time addition / subtraction, even lower is the backlight and start / stop.

The "start" key also performs the "stop" function, for this it must be held down for a few seconds.

It is interesting that the recipes of the Russian Baker are taken out separately from the general menu (like in many microwave ovens).

But the most original and useful thing is the backlight sensor. Many bread makers are equipped with a viewing window, but nothing can be seen through it during baking, as it fogs up. Backlighting allows you to control what is happening inside the bread machine without opening the doors, at any stage - from raising the dough to baking bread. At the end of the cooking process, a signal sounds. If the bread is not removed, it will be kept warm for 60 minutes. Naturally, there is a delayed start timer up to 13 hours in 10-minute increments. The procedure is standard: you need to calculate how much time is between the current and the moment when you want to get a loaf of bread, and indicate this cooking time. The timer can be used in programs Basic, French, Diet, Sweet, Dough, Russian Baker.

Now about what I didn’t like about the controls: it was not always possible to reset the settings by pressing start / stop. To cancel the task, you had to turn off the bread machine from the network and wait ten minutes for the settings to be erased from the device's memory automatically.

FEATURES OF OPERATION

This bread maker belongs to those devices in which, according to the instructions, liquids are first poured, and then flour and yeast are added. This allows the yeast not to get wet ahead of time, which has a beneficial effect on the quality of the dough and bread.

The model does not have an automatic dispenser. When it is time to add nuts, seeds, olives, etc. to the dough, a beep will sound and you must open the lid of the bread machine and add these ingredients.

Conveniently, the instructions for each program indicate the approximate display time at the time of adding additional ingredients. It is inconvenient that the sound signal cannot be turned off, and if you set the cooking on the timer, then at night the stove "beep" can be heard.

The noise level of the bread machine is quite noticeable when the dough is kneading, therefore night use is possible only in an isolated room.

DESIGN

The snow-white bread maker will perfectly fit into modern cuisine and will delight lovers of “white”. The size features are such that this model is suitable for installation on a narrow tabletop (many bread makers have a great depth).
