Helpful hints: Ingredients should be at room temperature, unless otherwise indicated in recipes.
For best results, add the ingredients in the exact order indicated in the recipe.
If the bread doesn't turn out the way you want it, try changing the flour. Yeast also affects the baking result.
First place the liquid ingredients in the mold, then add sugar, salt and flour. Yeast and baking powder are always added last.
Make a small indentation on top of the flour pile and add yeast to it. In this case, care must be taken that the yeast does not come into contact with liquid or salt.
