I recently became the owner of this oven. First steps and impressions.

Oven packaging is standard. Cardboard, polyethylene and polystyrene.
Cutting through the polyethylene, we see that the connection cable is without a plug. Requires a plug and socket for power connection.
There are recesses on the side panel for easy transport of the oven.
Oven made of stainless steel. Special coating will prevent the appearance of fingerprints.
There is a digital display on the panel. Recessed knobs for switching modes and temperatures.
There is an icon on the left that indicates that the oven can cook with steam.
When we open the oven door, we see that there is a cardboard box inside.
This box contains all documents, baking trays and a wire rack.
This oven is energy efficiency class A +.
The increased energy efficiency class will reduce energy costs by up to 30% compared to class A.
There are instructions in several languages, installation instructions and a warranty card.
The package includes two baking sheets. One shallow and one deep. Lattice. Each baking sheet and wire rack is lined with craft paper to prevent scratching.
The oven contains one pair of telescopic rails. It serves for the convenience of loading and removing heavy food. The guides can be rearranged to any level. The guides must first be freed from the film.
To install the grille in the grooves, you must insert it at an angle and only then straighten it.
When we turn on the oven, a beep sounds. The clock setting digits flash on the display. The time must be set. For this, there are + and - signs on the right. The display sets a timer, a delayed cooking, turning on and off the oven, if a certain time is set. Everything is set up easily. Everything is available in the instructions.
To turn on the oven, you need to select any function on the handle on the left by turning it clockwise. Select the temperature on the handle on the right.
Before baking, the oven must be preheated at maximum temperature for an hour. This may generate smoke. Preliminary preparation must be done with open windows.
Now I'll tell you about the modes.
Temperature range 50-250 degrees Celsius.
Traditional oven mode (top-bottom)
Forced ventilation (convection). Convection cooking of different food at the same cooking temperature on several levels. Maximum three at a time. According to the manufacturers, the fragrances do not mix.
Pizza mode... For making pizzas and breads of various types and sizes. The manufacturer recommends swapping the trays in the middle of baking. As I understand it, in this mode you can bake on different levels at the same time. Convection is set in the program.
Grill mode... The upper heating element is working. Serves for frying steaks, sausages, vegetable casseroles and toasts. The manufacturer recommends placing a deep baking sheet under the bottom of the product and pouring 200 milliliters of water into it.
Turbo Grill ... The upper convection heating element is in operation. Recommended for roasting large cuts of meat, legs, roast beef and poultry. As in the "Grill" mode, a pan of water is recommended.
"Prove dough" mode... For proving yeast dough.
Forced ventilation mode (convection) Eco. For cooking roasts, roasting stuffed meat on one shelf. Light periodic air circulation protects food from drying out.
Automatic cleaning mode (pyrolysis) Serves to remove grease and other contamination of the oven. Very high temperature cycle (over 400 degrees Celsius)
I would like to elaborate on cleaning the oven and oven door.
Pyrolytic cleaning... The temperature and the program are set using the knobs. The oven must be completely emptied. Heats up to 400-500 degrees. The oven door is locked. All the dirt will burn out. After the program has ended, the oven cools down to a safe temperature and the door lock is released. It remains only to sweep all the fumes into a scoop. It is recommended to carry out the procedure only if it is heavily soiled.
Doors... The oven doors are easily removable completely. There are two latches on the top that you need to press at the same time and remove the top edge. This will unlock the glass. Remove them carefully and wash. Install in the same way.
Steam mode (Gentle Steam). Three programs for fish, meat and bread. This feature provides excellent results thanks to steam. Water is poured into a cold oven in a special depression.
The optimal amount of water and temperature for each food category is given in the tables located on the oven door.
You do not need to preheat the oven.
Having some experience in baking bread, I assert that you cannot bake good hearth bread with this mode. Because you need to warm up the stone and do steam just before planting the bread in the oven.
Before starting to operate the oven, I made some measuring manipulations. I was wondering how correctly the oven thermostat keeps the set temperature. The previous oven "lied" by 20 degrees. The display had to be set 20 degrees higher to get the right temperature. And it did not heat up to the maximum declared temperature.
Armed with a mechanical thermometer, I preheated the oven to maximum. Maximum 250. The thermometer showed 260-270 degrees. But when loading the product, the temperature drops by 20-30 degrees, which is logical. We open the oven and place the cold food. Then it rises to the desired temperature and keeps it within the set. Measurements were made at different temperature conditions. An empty oven warmed up to high degrees, but after installing the product, after some time, it kept exactly the specified temperature.
Burned scones on the "Traditional Mode" program.
I am completely satisfied with the result. Everything was baked and brown evenly. The bottom and top of the slopes are absolutely the same color.
I baked cheesecake on a steam program. We know steam is needed for baking so that the top doesn't crack. She poured cold water into the cold oven and set the cheesecake pan.
Turned on the program and temperature. The cheesecake baked great. There were two minor cracks that healed as it cooled.
I have not tried other modes yet, but I can say that I am very pleased with the oven now.
What a disadvantage for me - the temperature setting is mechanical. Temperature scale in 20 steps. This is inconvenient. You can only approximately put an odd value of temperatures, not to mention lower values. It would be much more convenient for the temperature to be set digitally on the display.
Completely superfluous, in my opinion, is the function of steam for bread. We'll have to do everything as usual.
