BEFORE FIRST USE:
Read the instructions carefully.
Unpack the appliance by removing all packing material. Open the lid, take out the cooking bowl and all accessories contained in it. Rinse the bowl and all accessories well in warm water and detergent. To avoid damaging the non-stick coating of the bowl, do not wash it in an alkaline solution, in the dishwasher, do not use hard sharp objects, or corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. Wipe all accessories dry. Fill the bowl with 80% of the total water. Place the bowl in the appliance, without closing the lid, select the "FRY" program and press the "START" button. Bring water to a boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Cancel the mode with the CANCEL / HEAT button. When the water in the bowl has cooled, drain it. Wipe the bowl dry. The appliance is ready for use.
BEFORE EACH USE:
- The outer surfaces of the bowl, especially the bottom, must be clean. Make sure that there are no foreign objects (including food particles accidentally caught during cooking) between the heating element and the bottom of the bowl.
- Place the bowl in an electrical appliance.
- Make sure the bowl fits snugly against the heating element by turning it clockwise (or counterclockwise) 45-90 degrees.
- Close the cover until you hear a click.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Do not connect the electrical appliance to the network without checking all of the above points.
OPERATION OF THE ELECTRIC APPLIANCE
Multicooker GALAXY is a modern multifunctional device that can replace a variety of household appliances for cooking various dishes. The multicooker can replace such appliances as a gas or electric stove, oven, oven, yogurt maker, a steamer, a device for sterilizing containers and many others. The multicooker is capable of baking, frying and frying, stewing, simmering, steaming, boiling, making yogurt, preparing milk porridge, crispy rice, all kinds of fish, poultry and meat dishes, cook soups, borscht and cabbage soup, cook condensed milk, sterilize food containers and more. Cooking any dish is limited only by your imagination.
NON-STICK BOWL
- Use the bowl only in the appliance with which it was supplied. Do not use it on other electrical appliances, or on the stove top or oven.
- The bowl has a non-stick coating that requires gentle maintenance.Do not use abrasive cleaners, do not wash the bowl in the dishwasher, do not use brushes with stiff bristles, metal products for cleaning.
- Use only plastic ladles similar to those supplied with the appliance.
- Do not wash the bowl immediately after cooking. Let it cool completely.
- To avoid injury and burns, remove the bowl from the appliance using oven mitts and mittens.
- Do not use any other utensils in the appliance, except for the bowl that comes with it or similar.
- Do not fill the bowl above the maximum level indicated on the inner wall of the bowl.
- Be sure to grease the bowl with oil or fat before using the FRYING and BAKING modes.
Place the food in the cooking bowl according to the selected recipe and program, place the bowl in the appliance, making sure the outside of the bowl is clean and dry, and close the lid tightly.
Set the desired program using the "MENU" button, if necessary, correct the cooking time using the "TIMER" button. If you press the button without releasing it, the time will change faster.
ATTENTION! For the convenience of cooking, we recommend that you use the accessories that come with the appliance. In Steam mode, use the steam container by placing food in it and adding the required amount of water to the bowl.
Press the "START" button to confirm the selected parameters.
At the end of cooking, the symbols light up and the "HEATING" function is automatically activated. Press the "HEAT / CANCEL" button and disconnect the appliance from the mains.
ATTENTION! It is recommended to use the supplied spoon to remove food from the bowl.
To avoid thermal burns, beware of direct contact with the bowl and the inside of the appliance during and immediately after cooking! Do not remove the bowl from the appliance immediately after the end of the cooking process.
ATTENTION! It is highly recommended to check the quality of the products and liquids you intend to use! To use the products, follow the directions on the packaging. Do not use expired products or products of questionable quality.
DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAMS AND FUNCTIONS
DELAYED START
For cooking, you can use the DELAYED START function.
So, for example, if you would like a dish to be ready for breakfast, you can put the products corresponding to the recipe into the appliance and use the DELAYED START function.
To do this, you need to select a program that suits you, press the DELAYED START button, then the TIMER button and set the delay time before the program starts. The delay can be set from 30 minutes to 24 hours in 30 minute increments. After setting the delay time, press the START button to start the program of your choice. When entering the DELAYED START mode, the dividing segment “:” will flash on the display.
We also draw your attention to the fact that in order to avoid spoilage of the dish, it is not recommended to use perishable food when selecting the DELAYED START function.
ATTENTION! Make sure the food is ready before canceling and pausing the program!
"HEATING"
To pause and cancel the operation of programs, you can use the "HEAT / CANCEL" button.
At the end of each cooking program, the HEAT / CANCEL mode is automatically activated. The display shows the value "bb". To deactivate this function press the "HEAT / CANCEL" button.
The HEAT / CANCEL function can be enabled by pressing the HEAT / CANCEL button. For example, a dish has been cooked ahead of schedule, but the cooking process has not yet been completed. If the cooking program is canceled with the "HEAT / CANCEL" button, the automatic transition to the "HEAT / CANCEL" mode will not occur.
"YOGURT"
The yoghurt preparation time is 6-8 hours. When the “YOGURT” function is selected, the display shows 08:00, which means a cooking time of 8 hours. You can adjust the cooking time as desired with the TIMER button. To make yoghurt, you will need 500 ml of milk and 50 ml of natural unsweetened yoghurt (unflavored). Sugar to taste.
Place the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Close the cover until you hear a click. Set the "YOGHURT" program with the "MENU" button, if desired, adjust the cooking time and press the "START" button.
At the end of the cooking process, the display will show "-—". Disconnect the appliance from the mains. Pour the yogurt into cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably 8 hours).
"RIS"
Rinse rice well before cooking. To maintain the correct proportions, use a measuring cup. For each full glass of rice, you will need 1.5 cups of cold water. Place the rice in the bowl of the appliance and fill it with the appropriate amount of cold water, close the lid until it clicks. Select the "RICE" program with the "MENU" button, the display will show 00:55, which means a cooking time of 55 minutes. Press the START button. At the end of the cooking process, the display will show "bb" and the electrical appliance will automatically switch to the "WARMING" mode.
"SOUP"
The program is intended for making soups. When this program is activated, the programmed cooking time 01:00 is displayed, which is 1 hour. Select the "SOUP" program with the "MENU" button. Please note that stir fry for soups should be cooked using the "FRY" program with the lid open. After frying, stop the FRYING program with the HEAT / CANCEL button, select the SOUP program with the MENU button, put the required food in the bowl and close the lid until it clicks. Adjust the time using the TIMER button and press the START button. At the end of the cooking process, the display will show "bb" and the electrical appliance will automatically switch to the "WARMING" mode.
"MEAT"
The program is designed for cooking meat. When this mode is turned on, the display shows 00:50, which means the programmed cooking time of 50 minutes. You can adjust the time to your liking with the TIMER button, taking into account that the cooking time for different types of meat and poultry differs among themselves. At the end of the cooking process, the display will show "bb" and the electrical appliance will automatically switch to the "WARMING" mode.
"BAKERY PRODUCTS"
The program is intended for baking.
Prepare the baking dough according to the recipe you have chosen. Liberally grease the bowl with butter or margarine, or you can use special baking paper. Place the prepared dough on the bottom of the bowl, level it so that the bottom of the bowl is completely covered and the dough is touching the sides.
Note: Do not add dough above the top mark on the inside wall of the bowl.
Place the bowl in an electrical appliance. Close the cover until you hear a click. Select the "BAKE" function with the "MENU" button. The display shows 00:40, which means the programmed cooking time of 40 minutes. You can adjust the time as you wish with the "TIMER" button. Press the START button. At the end of the cooking process, the display will show "bb" and the appliance will automatically switch to the "HEATING" mode. Disconnect the appliance from the mains. Remove the bowl using oven mitts, oven mitts. Then, turn it upside down. Usually, the top is not browned. This is a design feature of the device and not a defect. If you want a golden top, grease the bowl with oil, turn the product upside down and select the "BAKE" function.
"EXTINGUISHING"
The program is designed for stewing dishes, preparing side dishes, various dietary meals. Select the "EXTINGUISHING" program with the "MENU" button.When this program is activated, the programmed cooking time is displayed as 02:00, which is? hours. "FRY"
The program is designed for frying fish, seafood, vegetables. Select the "FRY" program with the "MENU" button. When this program is activated, the programmed cooking time 00:30 is displayed, which is 30 minutes. Place food in a greased bowl. Adjust the time using the TIMER button and press the START button. Once the oil in the bottom of the bowl has warmed up, place the food in it and cook with the lid open, stirring regularly. At the end of the cooking process, the display will show "bb" and the appliance will automatically switch to the "WARMING" mode. Disconnect the appliance from the mains.
"PORRIDGE"
The program is intended for the preparation of milk porridge. Select the program "Porridge" with the "MENU" button. When this program is activated, the programmed cooking time 00:40 is displayed, which is 40 minutes. Adjust the time using the TIMER button and press the START button. At the end of the cooking process, the display will show "bb" and the appliance will automatically switch to the "WARMING" mode.
"PAR"
This program allows you to steam food. Pour water into a bowl (about 2 liters). Place the steam container supplied with the appliance in the bowl. Lubricate it with oil and place food in it (for preparing crumbly dishes, such as rice, it is recommended to use a heat-resistant container, the size of which does not prevent the lid from closing tightly and does not block all the holes in the bottom of the steaming container). Close the cover until you hear a click. Select the "STEAM" program with the "MENU" button. When this program is activated, the programmed cooking time 00:40 is displayed, which is 40 minutes. Adjust the time using the TIMER button and press the START button. Please note that cooking times vary significantly for different foods depending on their size and structure. This way meat takes longer to cook than fish, etc. At the end of the cooking process, the display will show "bb" and the appliance will automatically switch to the "WARMING" mode.
"STERILIZATION"
The program is used to sterilize baby bottles and other feeding accessories. Place the accessories to be sterilized in the bowl and add the required amount of water. Close the cover. Select the "STERILIZATION" program with the "MENU" button. When this program is turned on, the programmed time 00:15 is displayed, which is 15 minutes.
At the end of the cooking process, the display will show "bb" and the appliance will automatically switch to the "WARMING" mode. Switch off the appliance by pressing the "HEAT / CANCEL" button.
Note: Before sterilizing feeding accessories, refer to the instructions for the feeding accessory.
"EXPRESS"
The program is recommended for cooking sausages, vegetable dishes. Select the "EXPRESS" program with the "MENU" button. When this program is turned on, the programmed time 00:35 is displayed, which is 35 minutes.
At the end of the cooking process, the display will show "bb" and the appliance will automatically switch to the "WARMING" mode. Switch off the appliance by pressing the "HEAT / CANCEL" button
ATTENTION! Make sure that all ingredients, including liquid, are below the "MAX" mark on the inside of the bowl.
STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
- Store the device in a dry place out of the reach of children and animals.
- To clean the appliance, do not use cleaning agents that can damage the surface of the appliance or the non-stick coating of the bowl.
- It is recommended to wipe the inner cover and remove and clean the valve after each use of the appliance.
To remove the valve, turn it counterclockwise.
ATTENTION! If the display shows the value "E1", it indicates that there is a short circuit in the network. The appearance of the value "E2" on the display indicates a problem in the electrical network. In both cases, it is necessary to disconnect the appliance from the mains and check the power supply in the socket.
If the appliance is out of order, do not try to repair it yourself. It is highly recommended to contact an authorized service center.
To avoid damage, transport the device only in the original packaging. After transporting or storing the device at a low temperature, keep it at room temperature for at least two hours.

Incorrect disposal of electrical appliances causes irreparable harm to the environment. Do not dispose of faulty electrical appliances with household waste.
