Review of the Moulinex HV8 ME 626 meat grinder |
Sometimes you want convenience and speed. So I wanted to ... .. buy an electric meat grinder. I read the reviews on the forum, realized the main thing that the junction of the screw and the nozzle of the meat grinder should be metal, and went to the store. There I told the seller my main condition and our choice fell on Moulinex ME 626 for 6,299 rubles. For about 600 rubles, the same model cost without 5 grating nozzles, but I decided what to take with nozzles. Productivity 2.6 kg / min, rated power - 800 W, power with shaft blocking 2000 W. Cord length - 90 cm.Weight - 3.85 kg. Main characteristics of the MOULINEX HV8 ME626132 meat grinder
So, the box is in front, side and top. As the top of the box says, my car is made in France (I guess it's written on the car itself ... but it's already in the box). Gradually open the box. Everything is arranged neatly, packed in plastic bags. And here she is, a beauty! (By the way, I forgot to try it! Next time I will try ... in about a month). Included: a knife and two grates (with large and small holes, there is no middle one in my kit), a screw for a meat grinder, five graters, a grater attachment, a kebbe attachment and for filling sausages. So, I spun the minced meat on a large grate, skipping it twice - the result is excellent. It is convenient to use the pusher. The chicken "flew" through the grate without even stopping for a second, pork - too, cutlet beef slightly slowed down, but for a second, no more. By the way, a pan from the Taperver thermoserver fits very well under the meat grinder in height (I always make minced meat in it). By the way, it is not very loud and works. I have nothing to compare with, but it suits me.
I didn’t like the results on the largest grater so far - some kind of uneven incomprehensible semicircles (I’ll make it more carefully with Berner if necessary) and the smallest one (I don’t need such a gruel yet, and the grater itself is not washed well). All others have the right to life and the graters themselves wash well. I won't get the machine especially for grating vegetables, but if something needs to be grated into the minced meat itself (carrots, onions, cabbage, zucchini, pumpkin, and so on) - it's quite a good option. The grater itself was white before the carrots. After her - well, like this ... But you won't scare us - a drop of vegetable oil dropped and everything became as good as new. The top lid opens, in the existing compartment you can hide some of the bells and whistles - a knife, grates, sausage attachments and kebbe. By the way, I put everything back in the box easily and even better than the young man in the store. So, quite a good meat grinder for quite adequate money. |
