We had a favorite kettle in our family, with three water heating temperatures (40,80,100), the kettle was made of glass, and glass, as you know, breaks. My husband dropped and broke this kettle. For over a year I was looking for a replacement for him, not for my husband, but for a teapot. I already wanted to buy a metal - unbreakable kettle with at least the same set of possible temperatures for heating water.
And of course I didn't want to pay dearly. And then, finally, I found a kettle that meets my needs.
They brought it to me three weeks ago. So:

Since a kettle with a kettle with a thermostat can not only boil water, but also heat it to a temperature of 40, 60, 70, 80 and 90 ° C, a small instruction is attached to it. But in my opinion, the control of the kettle is intuitively understandable to anyone who knows how to handle household appliances.
The kettle itself is metal, with a metal top, but plastic on the inside, a lid.
The spout is quite handy when pouring water into a mug. A removable plastic mesh filter is installed in the spout.
The teapot has a transparent matte plastic scale under the handle to display the level of the poured water, for me personally, the location of this scale is not very convenient, I cannot pour and look at the scale at the same time, since I have to look under the handle. But it doesn't matter, I basically see how much water I pour.
The kettle is installed on a square metal platform, with the kettle rotatable by 360 degrees. There is room at the bottom of the installation platform for twisting the cord. nutrition
The cord itself is not long, only 80cm with a plug, which is not enough in my opinion. I have a kettle with a fully extended and at the same time stretched cord - I do not like this, but have not yet figured out where to put it closer to the outlet. There are many appliances at home, and a limited number of outlets.
Kettle operation:
To boil water, pour at least 0.5 liters of water, this is just the “min” mark on the displacement scale. And press on the handle the lowest and largest button "On-Off". The kettle will boil the water and turn off automatically.
If we want not to boil, but to heat the water to the temperature we need, then using the left button, above the "On-Off" button and using the brute-force method, we select the temperature we need 40, 60, 70, 80 or 90 degrees. All settings are highlighted.
During heating, the indicator on the button lights up continuously, when the set temperature is reached, the heating turns off.
If we want not only to heat the water to the desired temperature, but also to maintain this temperature near the water for 30 minutes, then after turning on the "On-Off" button, selecting the desired temperature using the setting button, press the "Maintain temperature" button, it's the right button in the second row from the bottom. The water heats up to the required temperature, and the indicator will light up continuously, and as soon as it heats up and the heating turns off, the indicator will start blinking. As soon as the water has cooled slightly, the heating cycle will be repeated and the indicator will light up continuously during heating.
I conducted a verification experiment with a thermometer, to what temperature the kettle actually heats water to.
I measured the water in all modes in a kettle and a mug. Inside the kettle, all setting temperatures were exceeded by 3-4-5 degrees. But the temperature of the water poured into the mug is 2-3 degrees lower than the set one, it is understandable that the water gives up its heat to heat the mug. In addition to heating up to 40 degrees, here the water in the mug was 41 degrees
So I believe that the set temperature is kept fairly accurate!
I was quite satisfied with this kettle, I am pleased with its capabilities and really hope that it will serve me for a long time.
