Dough for boiled water dumplings

Ingredients

glass 250 ml
Flour 2 glasses
Salt 1 tea the spoon

Cooking method

  • Granny's recipe. The dough is literally irreplaceable for dumplings with cherries - it does not harden from the juice.
  • Mix flour with salt and soda, pour in boiling water.
  • Until the water cools down a little, stir with a spoon, and then knead with handles. Although in HP, too, I think you can. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes under a bowl.
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll each part into a sausage, cut into 10 pieces, roll each piece into a circle, lay the filling with a teaspoon, pinch.
  • The dough is the most tender! Does not stick to hands or rolling pin.
  • I fry the onion in a full-sized frying pan. Half in mashed potatoes, in the rest I discard hot ready-made dumplings and mix very gently (!) After each portion.
  • Potato dumplings. The white flour is over (this never happened to me, I relaxed!). I had to add 1/4 of whole wheat flour to the dough. Vkusnooooo!
