I decided today to try to make "Lazy Mayonnaise". For a long time I reread the topic and still did not dare to such a feat. Well, the mayonnaise did not work on the first try. When I broke quail eggs, one yolk spread out a little. I put mustard, sugar, salt and lemon juice. I put the foot of the blender on top and poured 220 g. rapeseed oil. I turned on the blender (700 W) at maximum power, and the oil seemed to start emulsifying. The blender leg was stuck to the bottom of the glass, and my attempt to lift it up a little was unsuccessful. I switched the blender to a lower speed and raised it, and at that moment the whole component of the "Lazy Mayonnaise" began to move around the glass. And it turned into a simple "bumpiness". And no matter how much I tried to beat it, nothing happened.

Your mayonnaise has stratified from the fact that a lot of butter got under the knives early and immediately. It is strange that you could not lift your leg from the bottom of the glass, try it at low speed, about 3. And you can still make mayonnaise in a glass with a handle, you will hold on to it, and pull the blender up, maybe it will be easier.

It is possible to correct the "bumpiness" with the help of a whole egg, and successfully. Try it.
