Ingredients

Fruits
(peaches, apricots or plums) 450 g
Sugar 450 g
Lemon juice 15 ml

Cooking method

Wash the fruits, remove the seeds. Fold in a blender and grind until gruel. Transfer the mass to the container of the bread maker. Squeeze out the lemon juice and remove the pits from it (lemon pits in the jam will add bitterness to it). Add sugar and lemon juice to the container of the bread machine. Switch on the "Jam" mode. I have a Kenwood BM 210 bread maker. The duration of the Jam mode is 1:15. 900 gr. It does not have time to cook jam during this time, so after the end of the “Jam” program, I exhibit it a second time. When I cook jam with pieces of fruit, I have to repeat this program three times. At the end of cooking, you need to transfer the wait to clean jars and close the lids while the jam is hot.
Note
The finished product may seem a little more liquid compared to the store, but this is a "natural product". To make the jam thicker, you can add a thickener - starch or gelatin to the container of the bread maker, after allowing it to swell in water.
