Question: has anyone dried grapes?

A seedless variety, on raisins, after washing in boiling water, for 15 hours already dry at t70 * with convection - dried out by 1/3.

Interested in: what preprocessing, time and t * did you apply?

I made a raisin.
Grapes - quiche-mish, white and black. I chose the most ripe and smaller berries. No pre-treatment - I just washed it and took it apart into berries.
(I'm too lazy to bother with this blanching and other things - the summer resident already perfectly retains color and, thanks to IR-drying, disinfects.)

And into the dryer. The temperature is 50-60 degrees (this is mode "2" on my Summer resident).
Long dry. I will not say for sure, days 4-5 somewhere.
It turned out to be a completely normal raisins. With a typical "raisin" density and moisture.

I dried the raisins when I put them in the dryer, such a beauty is green!
Grape raisins - how to do?
The first time I dried it, doused it with a solution of hot soda, for some reason it dried for a very long time, 7 days. (intermittently). When I took it out, I was upset, I thought I overdried it, it was dry and hard, but when I looked a few days later, the raisins softened and became soft and tasty.
Grape raisins - how to do?
From two kilos of grapes, half a kilo of raisins turned out.
I put in the next portion, but this time I did not add soda.

I bought grapes of the quiche-mish variety, quite large. The first time I dried it without dipping it into boiling water.
Next times - first in boiling water, I was too lazy to mess around with soda, then into cold water and, finally, the last batch, just into boiling water.
I liked the last method more than others. Drying time approx. 24 hours.

DJ, for a long time you have dried raisins ... (maybe the solution was not hot enough?) Though I noticed that different varieties require different times, for example, black with seeds dried longer than quiche-mish
