Potatoes GRATEN

Ingredients:

Potatoes 6-7pcs.
Mushrooms 350g.
Onion 1 PC.
Garlic 2 cloves
Milk 600 ml.
Wheat flour 50g.
Cheese 200g.
Salt, ground black pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying 2st. l.

Cooking method

  • Finely chop mushrooms, onions, garlic and fry over medium heat. Add flour, salt and pepper. Pour in milk and cook until thickened (5-10 minutes).


  • Cut the potatoes with a vegetable peeler or thin slices with a knife.


  • In a greased form (I lined the form with paper) lay out in layers:

  • 1/2 potatoes, salt

  • 1/2 mushroom sauce

  • 1/2 grated cheese

  • 1/2 potatoes

  • 1/2 mushroom sauce


  • Put in an oven preheated to 220C for 25-30 minutes. After a lapse of time, take out, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese, bake for another 35 minutes until golden brown.
