I report
I ground nuts in a chopper. If you need a large one, it turns out unevenly. If you need small (crumbs, not flour), then it turns out evenly, that is, normal.
Made nutella submerged instant. I can’t say that I’m delighted, but everything turned out quite fine, although really longer than my old one.
I have not used other attachments yet.
Still, it's not very convenient for me that I have to hold the button. At the same time, I can't evenly press, especially if I have to not just hold it straight, but somehow move it back and forth.
In general, there is not much disappointment, but also charm.
Hope I get used to it.

Girls, the son of a good friend turned to me like a pro
he recently got married and wants to give his wife the best hand mixer there is. At the same time, he does not care about the price. He really wants his wife to bake more often.
And I myself cannot advise him anything. I myself have a very old mixer with no name that works.
Help me out, I promised to help the young man.
Mirabel
Marina, Marin, I will praise my Bosch, I adore it!
And I would advise a young brow to buy a similar one with a bowl.
Anchic
Marina, I will also praise the manual Bosch. I have it with a bowl. Such beauty - the mixer works, hands are free. You can do something else.
Marina22
Mirabel, Anchic, thanks girls, they don't want with a bowl. They want an expensive, solid hand mixer that will last for years with frequent use. That's how to buy and for a very long time.

I also have an old Boshik with a bowl, but such a smart girl. Even with a difficult dumplings dough coped, rumbling and indignant. Very good.
And to buy for a long time? ... This is probably necessary with a guarantee of 5 years, for which Kenwood is famous. I bought it, so I immediately got insured.
Marina22
gawala, Rituslyathanks girls. so tell them KitchenAid, Boschick and Kenwood.

I am usually envious so shamefully, but even my nose does not look in this direction. I do not know. What is it about him?

Marina22, Marisha! I have Kitchen. I am in seventh heaven. Powerful yet surprisingly quiet. Beautiful and with a lifetime guarantee (unless, of course, you break it on purpose, for fun, so to speak). He's just perfect in every sense!

Should I buy something too ... Eh! How expensive! So I will die without knowing.
I don't know ... I have an expensive ken and a cheap Boshik. I'm just crazy about Boshik. A pot-bellied trifle!
Mikhaska
Rituslik! If there are free penions, then buy. My son didn't even ask me: what kind of mixer do you want, mom? He, as he heeded a few years ago my howls about the planetary Kitchen, and last year, having learned that my ancient Mulik was bent over, gave my mother another Kitchen. Manual only.

Give birth, girls, little sons. They will always regret their mother in old age.

Rituslya, thank you very much, do you have a photo of both of them?
Rituslya
Marina22, Marish, photos of both? ... Phew! I can take a photo of everyone, but just tell me what to take.
I have this economy just a battalion. About Ken ... Well, Ken I probably have a bigger kneader, but I can take pictures of Boshikov in all angles, yes.
I don't know ... I love Boshikov very much. Because I probably used both in the tail and in the mane, and they never failed.

Owners of the KitchenAid 5KHM9212EOB Hand Mixer (the last two letters, as I understand this color), please tell us what you use it for in practice. For which dough this mixer is suitable and for which it is not.

Girls, thank you all very much for your advice.

I want to tell you about the mixer KitchenAid 5KHM9212E
I waited for my order. I open the box and bam ... disappointmentoooooo ... ..
I thought (though I hadn't read about it anywhere) that the mixer has a silver bottom and a strip insert too. But it turned out that the bottom insert is plastic and most likely the coating is not scratch resistant. The sticker is not glued perfectly, especially in the front, in the center (at the junction of the case) and on the radii, the sticker does not completely adhere. Dirt can obviously get there. Time will tell how the shiny plastic part will behave in operation - I decided. BUT this sticker annoyed me. I tried to smooth it down. For a while ... I waited to know when she would let go of the disappointmenteeeeee ... .. The husband could not resist and said: maybe enough stroking him, you just need to take and cook something.
We decided to try to cook charlotte. We turn on to see all the power ... it works quietly, the whisk rotates sluggishly. I understand for a long time, but maybe it will beat you all the same. The husband says: yes, he is rather weak and leaves. I whisk. And here! How nice he whips. Quiet, the result is in fact, it does not heat up, it is not hard for the hand to hold the mixer, the vibrations do not strain (speed 9). The beauty! The husband comes in, looks and says: everything worked out, I honestly thought I could not cope.
It so happened that I really did not like this process, whipping the whites and in every possible way tried to persuade my husband to whip them. Well, just some kind of personal hostility to this process and always with some kind of inner tension. The first time I got a pleasant impression from this process, good mood and some kind of peace after this process.
And besides: it works quietly, whips up the whites perfectly, I enjoyed using it.
I also want to say that I read the review, where it was said (in my own words and from memory): that there is a lot of shine, but there is no sense, and in order to beat the whites, it will turn out 50/50 at all or not. And now it directly surfaced in my memory as an addition to my feeling of disappointmenteeeeee ... .. BUT after a pleasant time preparing proteins for charlotte, I was glad that it was not so and immediately wanted to do something else with its help ... The instructions say that you can cook mashed potatoes. NO this is not mashed potatoes! I had to throw everything away, it turned out a paste with pieces of potatoes, no one could eat that. Watching the process, I realized that you can't get such good mashed potatoes. There was a desire to repeat it on a more crumbly potato variety, but most likely I will not.
I put the biscuit on again in the evening, beat it perfectly, even slowed down watching and therefore stretched the whipping time and heard the smell from the front ventilation grill. My husband said nothing wrong, but I tried to quickly complete the process (adding sugar).
Now about the marking. Took KitchenAid Hand Mixer, 5KHM9212EER, red. In my opinion, this model has 10 colors. The site photo had a bright red mixer. I came closer to burgundy (as for me) and I realized that I like this color more than bright red. At first I even thought that another darker color had come. The color on the box is marked as follows: 9705064 V. The model on the mixer is indicated as MOD. KitchenAid 5KHM92112EERO

I also have KitchenAid. They really like to work, well, right up to the buzz. The buzz is so nice, quiet. I made mashed potatoes, kneaded bread dough with hooks
... Cocktails, squirrels, eggs with a large whisk. And, of course, dough, pancakes, pancakes, etc. It's great to knead minced meat
I made a potato paste with a blender, and mashed potatoes with a mixer.
I haven't used the small attachment yet.
Tatiana R
Dear girls, help out, help.I need a mixer mostly for BZ cream, I chose a model, it is with two bowls for 5 and 10 liters. The difference in price is small, the one that is 10 liters even more powerful, and I like it more, but the same bucket of 10 liters scares me)))) I'm afraid that I won't be able to knock down the squirrels, let's say 3-4 eggs for BZ. Basically, the cakes are taken for 3 kg, I make a BZ for 6 eggs, so which bowl is still to take for 5 or 10, And what if, for example, 6 proteins of the BZ are not enough, you need to finish off the cream, so I think he will beat up, say, 3 proteins with a bowl of 10 l? Please help me, I need it urgently.
Anchic
Tatiana R, You at least indicate which models you are considering. And it’s not clear what to advise. Here in Kenwood in 6.7 liters girls and 1 protein seem to beat without problems. But the bowl is also huge. I think that if the whisk almost reaches the bottom, then I have to beat it (by the way, is there any type of model, planetary or not?).
Tanyukha
Gemlux GL-SM10GR Planetary Mixer and Gemlux GL-SM5G Planetary Mixer. Moreover, in the instructions in each of them, they write from 4 eggs)) and I'm so afraid that I will take 10 liters and I won't be able to beat even 4)) but I need it so urgently.

about mixer KitchenAid 5KHM9212E
I whipped them one and a half glasses of proteins. The beauty!!! Well done! I recalled the comment:
that there is a lot of shine, but there is no sense, and in order to beat the proteins, then it will generally turn out 50/50 or not.
and smiled.
Thanks to everyone who praised KitchenAid 5KHM9212E. I am very glad that the impulsive decision to buy a personalized one was before reading the comment. Personally, I really like them to beat the whites.
Natalja AW
I made a potato paste with a blender, and mashed potatoes with a mixer.
Natasha, I whipped the whites, remembered with a smile the comment about how to whip the whites in general 50/50 or not, and thought ... Maybe I was doing something wrong with mashed potatoes. BUT then I realized that it was crushed mashed potatoes from a crumbly potato that I like. I think it is the pushing technique that makes the potatoes tastier than stirring. BUT this is more a matter of taste than the operation of the device. And a lot still depends on potatoes ...
Your experience shows that you can get a homogeneous puree in smart hands and a mixer. I understand that if I pounded the potatoes, I would have mashed potatoes, but I missed the mixer and everything went into the bucket.
They really like to work, well, right up to the buzz. The buzz is so nice, quiet.
The mixer is really quiet. And this is very nice.
Marina22
Girls, how do you make kart, mashed potatoes with a hot mixer? Whisk or hook?
Elena Bo
There is a special nozzle for puree.
Mirabel
Girls! I don’t have a Kitchen mixer, but I’m thinking of buying a blender with a puree, it may not be a completely correct comparison, but still, the puree obtained with a simple crush loses much in taste or airiness? and the process itself is much easier?

I gave up all the electric crushers .. Only with an ordinary hand crusher with holes ... Because how can you not guess with potatoes, and if I’m not buying it, then even more so .. If potatoes are for salads, then it will come out from not at all usable product .. And if the same potatoes, but with a manual crush, then it is normal, albeit tasteless ..: DThis is our potato here .. In the store I try to look for mashed potatoes, but it is not always there ..
Mirabel
Irina, Yes, I also make mashed potatoes and in my opinion it turns out quite good.
Galina, And I have not seen such mashed potatoes, there is for frits, there is for a double boiler. And in the bazaar, God knows what it is and for what.

Mirabel - Vika, I have a Kenwood blender with a potato grinder. I am quite happy with it, it turns out a good, airy puree, guaranteed without lumps.
To whom it is more convenient. It's easier for me to be Kenwood than to chuckle with crinkles, whisks and the like.
At some point, I needed a new blender to replace the old one that had died. When I was choosing a blender, I decided to take it with a bonus, with a potato machine.

For me, when I chose a hand mixer, one of the conditions was the presence of a puree attachment.
I am very happy with it! Moreover, even from not very successful potatoes, you get a wonderful puree! Believe me, I have something to compare with.

Olga VB, Olya! Yes, I, too, had just such a nozzle and wanted to order a blender and had doubts, Tolkushka seems to be doing well, but maybe this little thing will be better. Its owners praise it very much
Olga VB
: girl-yes: Vikul, AdnAnAnA is better!
I have all sorts of crush, and crush, and Kesha mashed potatoes - and this nozzle works best! I had a different design in my old mixer, but this one is better
I recently bought my mixer-blender, and I'm quite happy with it! It turned out inexpensively and a full set of everything I needed: power, metal, a hand blender without "suction", a double whisk (rather thin, but foraboutI have Kesha more power), a nice small chopper (again, there is a big one in Kesha), a nozzle for mashed potatoes! That is, a complete set for me.
And the good thing is that there are different capacities and configurations, and if you need any more attachments, which are not in my configuration, you can buy them separately.
TTT, I'm happy.
kirch
Olga VB, Ol, do you have any Phillips? I have a Philips 1689/90 and have long wanted a puree attachment. They are for Phillips, but I just can't figure out if it will fit my model
Olga VB
, Filya! HR1645, if not confusing.
I also bought one of the nozzles (double whisk) separately, so I asked the manager whether it was suitable or not. You can also at the office. website for advice.
There you can still look at other configurations, if there is this attachment to the main unit in some configuration, then it will fit.
Now I looked at the picture, it seems like it should suit you. At least, the choppers are the same for them, and there in the description of yours is in extra. accessory mash nozzle.

Incidentally, how do you like the cube cutter in it? Convenient or pampering? I have a cube in Kesha, but while you get it, put it together, disassemble it, wash it, it’s easier to clean it with a neiser.

Yes, that's Toto and it, nowhere in the set for my fillet I find a potato grinder. True, you need to call them. Ol, and about cubes - yes, this attachment is not needed. I don't use mine. Get it out, wash it, and the cube is too big for me. Additionally, you can buy smaller ones, but I don't want to. I have a small cube in Boche, which I use once a year, in the fall, when I cook pear jam

I also bought a potato grinder for my. Now the officials have one HR1965 nozzle on the HR164x and HR167x models, that is, if your model starts on HR164x or HR167x, then it will do. Different numbers can go together x. I bought in addition to my Philips HR1674 blender

Ludmila, Luda! ay Phillips has a model with a leg, a katrofel leg and a glass. I just want this one myself, because there are all types and attachments for blenders, a processor too, there is no need to buy a blender with advanced features

People, but on the site they draw what is suitable. I posted the picture above from the site specifically for your mixer the recommended attachments. Maybe it's just that the nozzle itself is for your model some kind of special, in the same place, for example, for different models it seems like the same nozzles, but the connecting nodes for each series are different.
But if in doubt, take a large picture of the nest where the nozzles are attached, I will compare it with mine.
kirch
Ol, I so carefully examined all the photos with them and there is a crush in the additional accessories. But as I go to the page to her - they write for which it is suitable and mine is not. This is not the first time I want her and I doubt everything. And then you shook me up again

Have you been to Moscow? Or do you have a shop with these attachments somewhere nearby? You can try on
