And if you add sugar, is it necessary to somehow adjust the amount of the remaining ingredients? I tried to knead "Bogumila" on flour, the dough initially liquefies, and after 6 hours it still pours. On flour "Novopokrovskaya" the situation is even worse, when kneading, it reduced the milk by 20%, and got the result as on "Bogumil" without reducing milk. As a result, in order to somehow collect in a pile, you have to add flour when forming products. The aroma is simply amazing, but you really want to get not something stuffed with flour, but a tender dough from which you can make a roll.

I recalculated the ingredients for the maximum load of Panasonic cotton (600 g of flour), adjusted the amount of sugar to my taste, replaced simple milk with baked milk, and for several years I have been baking cakes exclusively according to this recipe.
