No salt or eggs needed. The dough will be very elastic. You can roll it out indefinitely, as it remains soft all the time.But be sure to let it stand after the kneading (I do it on the eve and put it in the refrigerator for the night, but if I suddenly wanted to, then 30 minutes is enough) It rolls out very well in the machine. But after rolling out on 1 number (I have 1 thickest layer) I add flour so that the dough does not stick to the rollers, and then .. I made up to 4 numbers maximum. But the dough is so tasty that I really want to feel it in the dumplings. I made noodles from the leftovers. Very nice and gentle.

This dough is not suitable for dumplings with cherries.
The dough is delicious, I make it, but it is more suitable for dumplings with cottage cheese. Not bad for dumplings.
