Pancake dough in a blender
Category: Bakery
Ingredients
Everything in blender:
Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
+ good art. l.
Milk (better baked
the taste of pancakes is then awesome!) 2 tbsp.
(500 ml)
A pinch of salt
Sugar 1.5-2 tbsp. l.
Butter 3 tbsp l.
Egg 4 pcs.
Vanillin (cinnamon)
Cooking method

Beat well at the highest speed and you're done!

Note
I tried many recipes, but now I only use this - the pancakes turn out to be very tender, not rubbery and sooooooo delicious! (after them there is no heaviness from starchy foods in the stomach)

GIRULKA!
Thanks so much for the recipe, and special thanks for the blender idea !!!
The pancakes turned out to be very tasty, the kids appreciated

I will supplement the idea with a blender: pour the resulting dough into a bottle of Coca-Cola and fry the required number of pancakes, for example, for breakfast. Cover the remaining dough with a lid and store in the refrigerator. Not more than a week. This will kill two birds with one stone:
1. The stove does not get dirty.
2. The remaining uneaten pancakes will not dry out, but will be fresh and hot every time.

Caprice, cool idea! I will definitely use it!

And if, on the contrary, bring the frying pan to the bowl of dough?
We tried it. From a bottle, in any case, it is more convenient and neat. Plus, when there is too much dough, and you are reluctant to fry all the pancakes and there is no need to, close the remaining dough with a lid and refrigerate until next time. Another advantage: when I don't have to get up early in the morning, my husband or son can themselves, without straining, fry themselves a couple of pancakes from the bottle without bothering me.

And I immediately pour it out of the blender and pour it into the pan, and if it does, then I close the blender with a lid or film and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 days (I'm more afraid), and then I take it out, and there in layers - liquid at the top, so you need more beat a minute in any way after the refrigerator and saturate it with oxygen, but in a bottle I don't even know how it will be whipped there - it's still not water.

Yes, by the way, it is very convenient to grease the frying pan with oil with a silicone brush (I use olive oil - it is not harmful then).

THANK YOU!!!!!!! A very good recipe, the pancakes turned out to be thin, tender, easy to remove.
I added olive oil instead of butter.

Thank you!!!! Also very good advice, it was convenient to pour directly from the blender bowl and brush the frying pan with a brush before the first pancake - it turned out well :) !!!!

Girulka, thanks for the great recipe! My husband said today: "Oh! Do such things always!" And I liked making it in a blender and pouring it into the pan from it!

And the blender probably means a stationary one?
