Hop sourdough bread with orange juice. ( in the oven)

Structure:

- 3 cups wheat flour
- 3 tbsp. l. hop sourdough with "pea"
- 2.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 2 tsp salt
- 50-60 grams of butter
- 2 tbsp. l. milk powder
- 150 ml freshly squeezed orange juice

Preparation:

We load all the ingredients into the bread maker and in the "pizza" mode we knead (this process takes me 7 minutes). We put on proofing. It will take a long time. As soon as the dough has doubled, knead it and put it back on the proofer. When the dough doubles again, knead it again. Then form the desired shape of the bread, put on a baking sheet. Grease the surface of the dough with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds to leave to proof. When the dough doubles again, bake at 180 degrees for about 50-55 minutes. This bread, as you can see, I baked in the oven. But it can also be baked in a bread machine by setting it in the "baking" mode for 1 hour - 1 hour 5 minutes. Good luck!
