Pizza dough (2 options)

Category: Bakery products

Ingredients

The first pizza dough :
Wheat flour
(glass 250 ml)
2.5 - 3 tbsp.
Very warm water
(about 50 degrees)
1 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Olive or vegetable oil
(here somehow I put mustard,
it was delicious too)
3 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast
(I sometimes put a smaller one)
2 1/4 tsp

Cooking method

  • We make the dough - pour flour, salt, sugar, yeast (dry) into a bowl - mix, make a funnel and pour oil there, and then pour water into it and quickly knead the dough. You need to knead it well, when a bun is formed, I hit it on the table, it stops sticking to my hands, it becomes elastic and pleasant. Now the most interesting thing - if you want a thin pizza, then immediately roll out and put whatever you like in the oven, if you want the cake to be puffier, then let the dough stand for 15-20 minutes, but I almost forgot - divide the dough in half, enough for two birds.
  • Second dough more rich (even very sweet): dough -
  • Mix 1 1/2 teaspoons of yeast + 1 teaspoon of sugar, add a little water (about 2-3 tablespoons) and let the cap rise until the yeast gains strength - 4 tablespoons sour cream + 1 egg +1/2 teaspoon salt + 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil - beat everything with a fork or whisk. Now combine the two mixtures and add flour - 200 grams. The dough is soft even after baking. Whoever thinks that with sour cream fat can add 4 tablespoons of milk.
  • I even made khachapuri from this dough in Russian.
  • I bake both pizzas at 190 degrees. Before spreading the filling, be sure to grease the flat cakes with vegetable or olive oil. And the fillings are already who - what they like!
  • By the way, I grease it first with a delicious sauce (I gave the recipe in blanks), so I always make it a lot in the summer.
