Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 3 cups
Milk 1 cup
Salt 1.5 tsp
Butter 1.5 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • I saw a "shaggy" very dense underdog and panicked a little. Nevertheless, I decided to roll it out - it turned out perfect! The consistency of the dough was slightly softer than the dumplings, so it rolled out thinly and did not lose shape when transferred to a baking sheet.
  • Baked at 200 degrees, first - only the upper heater, then both, then only the lower one.
  • The result exceeded all expectations!
  • PS: the dough was baked in the Pizza mode in Hitachi, sotv. cup 240 ml, from the resulting dough volume two pizzas are obtained.

Note

Today we got some kind of phenomenal pizza - crispy, soft and melting in your mouth!
