Curd roll with berry and nut filling

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
(approx. 300 g)
Butter (margarine) 200 g
White (leave the yolk for lubrication) 1 PC.
Soda 1 part tsp
Cottage cheese 200 g

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Then we take out, roll it out, sprinkle with nuts, lay out the berries (I have black and red currants), and sprinkle with sugar and poppy seeds to taste.
  • Roll up the roll, place on a baking sheet with the seam down.

Time for preparing:

50 minutes.

Cooking program:

Grease the top and bake at 180 * C
