Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 480 g
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast (SAF-moment) 1.5 tsp
Egg
+ milk
enough to end up with 310 ml of liquid
1 PC.
Egg or yolk
in order to lubricate the top of the kulebyaki.
Filling:
Chicken fillet 450 g
Rice 170 g
Egg 3 pcs.
Large onion 1 PC.
Dill or other greens at will

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough in a bread maker (basic mode), in the meantime, prepare the filling
  • Cut the onion into cubes, fry in vegetable oil (or whoever loves what) Boil the rice, eggs and fillets (I steamed), cut into cubesBon Appetit everyone
