Stuffed peppers with olive oil

Ingredients

Raw rice 1 glass
Green pepper 1 kg
Onion 2 pcs
Olive or sunflower oil 0.5 cups
Tomatoes 2-3 pcs
Pine nuts or peanuts 1 tbsp. the spoon
Parsley 1 bundle
Fresh dill 0.5 bundle
Dried mint 1 tsp
filling in spring 1 tsp
Salt, black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Viki I counted 10 peppers! It fit into 3 liters? I have 7 pieces in 6.5 liters no more. I also like meat with meat, but this recipe is dietary for those who are losing weight, vegetarians or who are hot in summer. Can be used as a side dish. This recipe is highly approved. I got exactly the same as in the photo of the Turkish woman.
  • Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter in a frying pan. Cut off the round crusts for the pepper caps from the tomato. Finely chop the insides and send to the sautéed onion. Add seasonings, parsley, mint, dill, salt and pepper. Stir everything with rice. Stuff the peppers, put a tomato cap on top of each pepper. I poured boiling water with the remnants of the grass half the height of the peppers, salted, poured olive oil on the peppers, right in and around. 2 hours on high + hour on low modes.

Time for preparing:

Exactly ten! not very large, but not quite kids either. Standing. I measured with raw peppers, if you left the middle part standing, and put the side ones, then two more would go in lying down. Actually, 3.5 liters. is the path to diversity. You don't need to stand over it, at least load it three times a day.
Thanks for the recipe! I'll try more of these. Turkish.
